This beautiful, roomy 2BR/2BA corner unit Isla del Sol oasis located at Bahia Pointe is the perfect getaway, situated between the bay and lake. The spacious 6th floor balcony provides breathtaking views looking out over multiple directions: survey the island of Isla del Sol, check out the fountains of the Bahia del Mar private lake, track the boats on the Boca Ciega Bay, and watch the sun set behind the landmark Don Cesar hotel. Many updates throughout! New windows and sliding glass doors, new shades and plantation shutters, new tile on the balcony, new paint, new decorations, new central air conditioning and hot water heater! The kitchen has just been renovated and is fully stocked with all of the silverware, dishes and utensils you’ll need. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower that has also just been updated; sheets and towels provided. The master bedroom also includes a love seat and flat screen TV with cable. The main bathroom has also been completely renovated. The guest bedroom has a new king-size bed. The unit includes free wireless internet and cable with a new 65" HD flat-screen TV in the living room.

Isla del Sol features fabulous tropical landscaping. The building has indoor hallways and elevator access, and includes a fitness center, library, rec room and parking garage with your own designated parking space. There’s a fishing pier on the bay side of the building.

St. Pete Beach offers great activities for the whole family, including shopping, dining, water sports (kayaking, jet skis, parasailing), wildlife, nature trails… and you can always get to Disney in 90 minutes. Walk over the bridge to the beach; better yet, throw our beach chairs and umbrella into your car and drive over to the shore. After the beach, relax by the heated / cooled resort-style saltwater pool and spa. Enjoy the great restaurants on Gulf Blvd., or head over to the vibrant nightlife in St. Petersburg.

Bahia Paradise

Absolutely Wonderful! We had a great time, miss it already! The unit is exactly as shown in photos. When we entered the unit, it was “oh yes, so glad we picked this place.” The view from the balcony whether morning or evening is great – sunrise or sunset, take your pick. So peaceful sitting on the balcony enjoying a cuppa in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. For those times you don’t want to go out for a meal, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Bosch dishwasher is amazing. King sized bed in the main bedroom soooo comfortable. The hosts have available beach chairs & towels, umbrella with anchor for your beach days. The Bahia community is very friendly, always a hello when passing. Pool & spa conveniently located off the first floor. Pool/spa overlook the water. Beaches are just minutes away - historic Passe a Grille, St. Pete Beach, too many other beaches to mention. One of our favourites is North Beach at Fort de Soto National Park – white, soft sand, beautiful water, and many things to see and do there. Parking fee $5 for the entire day. Pleasant, peaceful, quiet community. We live in a large city, so this was such a nice change. We love this place and know you will too! BTW - we have the best tans ever!!😎

Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to beaches, parks, fine dining and the city. The unit itself was well equipped and comfortable. The beds in both bedrooms were exceptional. The only change we would recommend is to remove the carpeting throughout the unit.

Amazing

Our stay here was amazing! We've rented several Florida condos each summer and this is the best one yet. The view from the balcony is great, always can see the sunset and sunrise. The beach is very close, the sand is amazing so is the water. The kids loved the pool, also a great view. The carpets are new and the walls you can tell were just painted so that's a plus! Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen the house has and I was very surprised by that! I would totally recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Florida.
