About this property

Second floor 3-bedroom condo in the Gold Coast of Ocean City, only 5 houses from the beach and 4 blocks from the start of the boardwalk. We are on a quiet side street in a mostly residential neighborhood, yet a block away is a family restaurant and ice cream parlor where you can take the kids for a special treat. Other attractions within a leisurely walking distance include a seashell museum and pastry shop.

Condo has 11 foot ceilings in great room and 8 foot ceiling throughout the remainder of the unit that create a spacious feeling. You will find handsome oak floors in all rooms. Kitchen has granite countertops with an overhang and comfortable stool seating to allow for pleasant conversation as meals are prepared. All stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinets complete the setup. Bathrooms are elegantly appointed with quartz-topped vanities. Master bathroom has a walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling. Each room has large windows, making the rooms look even larger and brighter, and every room has a ceiling fan to aid circulation of the sea breeze when the windows are open. Of course, condo also has central air for your complete comfort.

All bedrooms are ample sized. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

Condo has its own private, enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a day of sun and sea. After showering, you can relax in comfortable chairs on the front wrap-around porch, or in the enclosed back yard.

Free Wifi and cable TV are included.

Condo has a full-size front loading washer and dryer pair within the unit.

Condo rent includes a one car garage. Garage also has ample room to store your bicycles for an early morning ride on the boardwalk, or beach equipment like beach chairs and toys.

This is our home that we are opening to loving families who we hope will enjoy Ocean City, its beaches, boardwalk, and other attractions as much as we do. We have resided in Ocean City and opened our home to others here for over 25 years, and although the building is new, the address holds many happy memories of birthdays, beach parties, anniversaries, and family reunions. Can’t wait to return

This was our second time staying here for a girls weekend and third time overall. Such a relaxing and wonderful weekend. Weather was amazing and the location was as well. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every night, talking and laughing. Beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were a nice plus. It was nice to disconnect for a few days. Thank you again for opening your home. Everything was smooth from arrival to check out and none of us wanted to leave. Looking forward to making this our go to for our girls getaway and can’t wait to return.

Great experience!

The property was perfect for my family of four. The house was just as it was pictured. It was a quick walk to a beautiful beach, and the location allowed us to easily bike everywhere and even walk to some great local spots. We enjoyed the lovely patio for our morning coffee. Definitely recommend!

Perfect family beach home

My family and I had an outstanding experience at this beach home in the middle of the Gold Coast in Ocean city. The home itself was impeccably clean, fresh, very spacious and had more than what we could’ve hoped for. The incredible patio with an ocean view was something we took advantage of each day. The location of the home was perfect, only a couple blocks from the beach and a just a stroll away from several shops, parks and restaurants. We walked to the boardwalk three times during the week and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this beach home to anyone staying with a family or friends who would like to experience all that Ocean City has to offer. You will be blown away by the beauty and convenience. We are already planning the next time we can book this wonderful home for our next jersey shore vacation :)
