Large, spacious country home set in peaceful surroundings within the pine forest above Marmaris.
Close to the Bozborun peninsular & it's beautiful bays (10 minutes drive from Hisaronu, with it's restaurants & beaches & 15 minutes drive from Marmaris).
The local village, Degirmenyani is within walking distance where you can find shops, bakery, cafes & weekly local market.
You will also find horseriding, go-karting & Quad buggies nearby.

The house has 5 bedrooms split over 2 levels and can sleep up to 13 (including sofa bed in lounge).

Fans are included in all bedrooms. As the house is large & open plan air con is not necessary. All windows have fly screens and can be left open to catch the breeze. In the cooler months there is an open fire & electric heaters.
Well equipped with dish washer, gas hob, table top oven/grill & microwave. Washing machine. Iron & ironing board. 2 bathrooms: ground floor shower, basin & wc. Main bathroom has double shower, basin & wc. Well equipped indoor play room. TV / DVD / Wifi /toys, & board games).
Outside large private pool with lights & fountain feature, relaxing veranda, sunbeds, parasols & dining area with gas BBQ.
All towels, beach towels, bedding & linen provided.
Our parents live nextdoor and will be on hand to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Feel free to help yourselves to the fruit & veg from the garden.
If you require a weekly clean / bed change service this can be arranged.

Fantastic family villa

Fantastic house, lovely lovely owners and the service from day of booking was amazing! Very spacious we went as a group of 8 and didn't feel crowded once. Amazing pool! Could go on all day! Car hire is a must for day to day activities. Spotlessly clean and the fresh fruit and veg is a winner too! Thanks Denise and burcin for making our holiday so amazing xx

Stunning Villa & Pool In Beautiful Rural Location

This was our second year at this Villa. We have booked again for 3 weeks in August this year! We absolutely love it here. The Villa is spacious and the amenities are excellent. The private pool is spotlessly clean, a wonderful temperature and a reasonable size. The Villa is located about 20 minutes drive from the bustling town of Marmaris but is also handy for all the other tourist attractions to visit. Our itinerary included a day and two evenings (restaurants) in Marmaris town, a day out on a fishing boat (private hire), visit to the waterfalls on the way to the idyllic village of Selimiye, snorkelling in the sea at Bozburun, a walk along the sand-bar at Hisaronu, Cleopatra's Island and regular visits to the Asparan pool and restaurant just 3 miles up the road (Turkish breakfasts are amazing!). Car hire is essential but driving in Turkey is really easy - good main roads and very quiet by UK standards. In summary, a quiet and peaceful location ideal for extended families. Provides an opportunity to sample the wonderful "real" Turkey - Climate, people (friendly) and food!. Highly recommended!

Birdaha tercih edebilecegim ev degil.

Kilima yoktu , eve giros yaptigimizda evin icinden az da olsa rutubet kokusu vardi. Evin konumu iyi idi sakin bir yerlesim yerinde. Biz burda 18/7-25/7 2018 tarihleri arasinda kaldik .

We live in the UK, I am English my Husband is Turkish. We have spent many holidays around the Marmaris / Bozborun area. We love the contrast between the busy life in Marmaris and the quieter peaceful areas around Degirmenyani. We know the area very well & can provide lots of information for you. Our in laws will be on hand in Turkey to help with anything you need.

Why they chose this property

The house has been renovated recently, painted inside & out with new beds / sofa bed & lots of extras. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. A car is recommended.

What makes this property unique

The house is open plan and spacious with plenty of room to dine & relax, indoors and outdoors. The forest setting is peaceful and relaxing. Marmaris is only 15 minutes drive when you fancy shopping / night-life.
