This chalet, entirely created in 2013, can accommodate 12 people.

It consists of a large kitchen and living room on the ground floor both overlooking the garden and the terrace for the delight of children who will be happy to be able to make pretty snowmen in winter or a game of balloon summer ...

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms all equipped with SBD AND WC, two with children's beds in 90, with breathtaking views of the lake and a small bedroom with sofa bed ...

Floor heating throughout the chalet and walk-through fireplace in the living room kitchen.

The parking lot is attached to the chalet and allows you to unload in peace

We installed in the garage a table football and a Trampoline (do not park a car inside thank you)

The Réallon station is located 7km by car, the greenhouse lake is at the same distance and the lake from 2 km away, I highly recommend a stroll by the lake ...

Agréable séjour

Logement excellent, petit bémol pour les couchages et la vaisselle. Annoncé 12 couchages, sauf que sur 5 lits 2 places, 3 seulement sont classiques et confortables. 1 est un BZ dans une toute petite chambre pas du tout confortable et 1 autre le canapé qui s'ouvre en lit en plein cœur de la pièce à vivre. Sinon très peu de vaisselle pratique pour 12 personnes. Hormis ceci, nous étions en famille, beaucoup de neige, superbe paysage, superbe chalet neuf, les enfants comme les grands ce sont régalés

Maison agréable mais non conforme à la description du priporietaire

Nous avons loué le chalet en août 2020 L’annonce précisant que nous avions à notre disposition un chalet de 12 personnes avec des photos décrivant un chalet unique en forme de L avec vue sur le Lac de Serre Ponçon. A notre arrivée sur le site, nous avons découvert : - Que le chalet était en fait deux chalets mitoyens (aile sud et ouest) qui se partage un jardin, un garage, une machine à laver et un trampoline. Notre location était uniquement sur l’aile sud du chalet - Que les douze couchages annoncés étaient en fait 3 lits double adulte, 2 lits enfants et un clic clac en mauvais état, soit uniquement 10 couchages. - Que les salles de bain avec wc de chaque chambre n’avaient pas de portes de séparation avec la chambre Nous avons du partager pendant quelques jours ces lieux avec une autre famille qui est venu occuper l’autre aile du chalet, ce que nous avons trouvé extrêmement désagréable, du fait de la mitoyenneté entre les ailes du chalet.Nous venions dans ce chalet pour être au calme, isolés et nous nous sommes retrouvés les uns sur les autres

Chalet très agréable

Nous avons passé un Noël en famille très agréable dans ce magnifique chalet. Le fait d’avoir une salle de bain et un wc dans les 3 chambres est très appréciable mais il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de porte pour les wc (cela est un peu gênant). La 4ème chambre, très petite, est aménagée avec un clic-clac pour 2 personnes (qualité moyenne) et partage la salle de bain et wc avec une autre chambre. Le chauffage au sol est un véritable confort. Ce chalet est parfait pour 3 couples avec 2 ou 3 enfants. Il est très bien équipé. Petit bémol : la couverture réseau est très mauvaise. En résumé, nous avons tous passé un très bon séjour (aussi bien les ados que les adultes). Super idée d’avoir mis un baby-foot et un trampoline dans le garage. La station de Réallon (à moins de 15 mn) est très sympa. A réserver sans hésiter.

Un séjour formidable

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans un environnement magnifique. Le chalet est fait avec goût, rien ne manque à l’appel, et petits et grands ce sont régalés dans le garage... nous reviendrons!
