ES SERRAL is set in four acres of private grounds and surrounded with almond and olive groves, this impressive country house enjoys rewarding and far reaching views to the distant, sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Idyllically located nearby Cala Sanau, one of Mallorca's finest sandy coves and the superb Vall d'Or Golf Course, each within a few minutes drive. The well known local owners have designed the Villa Serral with great attention to enhance the soothing and natural relaxing ambience. Cool mellow terracota tiled floors, adding further to your comforts for easy summer living. High quality furnishings and fittings throughout.

WIFI INTERNET COMPLIMENTARY - INTERIOR/EXTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR : Upon entering through the oak-studded front door is the hallway, leading directly into the expansive living / dining room with cushioned sofas around the fireplace and a spacious dining area with Satellite TV/CD/DVD and iPod Docking Station, wide doors opening to the sun drenched furnished sun terraces with shady mature palms. Excellent meals are assured from your own kitchen affording all modern requirements including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob, full surround eye-level cupboards, breakfast area, walk in pantry with extra fridge/freezer and as an added bonus you have direct access to the BBQ casita and poolside terraces. The separate house-keepers laundry room houses the washing machine with iron facilities and the guests toilet.

BEDROOM ONE is an attractive twin bedroom with full ensuite shower room and garden views.

UPSTAIRS : An inner archway with the staircase leading up to the library with seating area, where extra beds can be added. BEDROOM TWO is the romantic Master double bedroom with ensuite bath / shower room and far reaching sea views.

BEDROOM THREE is another very spacious twin bedroom.

BEDROOM FOUR is a pleasant twin bedroom with picture windows affording distant sea views. Bedroom three and four share one full bath / shower room and they have direct access to the upper sun terrace with wonderful views where to enjoy an afternoon tea or a siesta on the sun loungers. All bedrooms ( 20-23 m² ) have air conditioning and central heating which can be controlled individually and they are comfortably furnished with fitted wardrobes handmade by the local carpenter.

WHEELCHAIRS & STAIR GATES : The land surrounding the house is mainly flat. The width of the doorway to the downstairs shower room / toilet is 66 cm. There is one step from the pool terrace to the interior, where there is one further step onto the tiled floor.

SURROUNDINGS : Outside the magnificent swimming pool has wide Roman steps and furnished sun terraces with eight reclining sun loungers and a huge chill-out Day-Bed adjacent to the impressive BBQ casita with a large dining terrace and Lounge set with comfy armchairs and sofa and even WIFI overlooking the pool, there are washing facilities and another shower/bathroom. This is an ideal entertainment area for sipping afternoon mint teas or enjoying evening cocktails before al-fresco dining. There is table tennis and lots of space for children to play as the grounds are surrounded with dry stone walls and secure wrought iron gates. The local village of S'Horta has a weekly farmers market offering an abundance of local fruit and vegetables.

Einfach ein Traum !!!

Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage auf der Finca Es Serral. Sowohl wir Erwachsenen, als auch die 4 Kinder hatten eine super Zeit. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Lone, die Vermieterin ist super nett und immer für einen Tip zu haben. So haben wir tolle Tapas gegessen, schöne Märkte besucht und traumhafte Buchten entdeckt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Herrliches Es Serral

Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal in einer von Lones Villen und auch diesmal war wieder alles vom Feinsten. Von Es Serral hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Baumplantagen und Wiesen bis hin zum Meer. Die Betreuung war - wie immer - optimal, sodass wir wieder kommen. Einzig zu bemängeln ist der Fernseher, der schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist , beeinflusst aber keineswegs das hervorragende Gesamtpaket. Wir freuen uns auf "Ses Mansion Oliveres" im nächsten Jahr.

Wonderful Holiday Home nearby beach and village

Traumhafte Finca

Alles top ! Sehr schöne und saubere Finca mit Meerblick.

Großer Pool mit sehr gute Liegen und eine tolle überdachte Terrasse mit Grill. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, falls Bedarf besteht und das Anwesen wird sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Tolle Finca-Team !

Tolle Finca mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind in der Finca. Die Lage ist großartig. Ruhig inmitten von Oliven- und Mandelbäumen gelegen. Kein störender Nachbar oder Autolärm. Totale Idylle. Morgens kann man den Sonnenaufgang mit Blick aufs Meer genießen. Man ist schnell am Strand (~3km) und in Portocolom oder Cala d´Or.

Die Finca hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sauber, sehr großzügig gestaltet und toll ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu Lone war super, unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, ein Handwerker kam rasch, als wir ein technisches Problem hatten. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt, die Handtücher gewechselt. Ein toller Service.

Vielen Dank noch einmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Genieten

Een geweldig verblijf in een mooie omgeving. Aan alles is gedacht.

Bij aankomst staat er een mand met eten en drinken voor je klaar.

Zowel binnen als buiten is het gezellig ingericht en zeer goed onderhouden.

Echt een plek waar je heerlijk kunt genieten! Geweldig!
