Beautiful place, great scenery..a fabulous holiday

This is a traditional old house with sea views from the living room, two bedrooms and the quirky tower. It is decorated with art - I suspect done by someone very talented in the family and Its literally 4 minutes walk to the local beach and restaurants. The village has everything you need. There is loads to do around the area - we went to Formentor beach : beautiful, safe swimming for the children. Also, Soller was only an hour or so's drive through the mountains and we even managed to get a trip to the Pirates show in Magaluf. The children (10, 10 and 6) had a great time bargaining in the market for souvenirs in Alcudia and we had a beautiful lunch there in the old town. I guess a week is not enough time!

Great house for a family!

Mercedes' house is located in a small beautiful village, litterally 200 meters from the beach. The house is functional with everything you need as a famility with small children. Mercedes is a great host that has a clean and neat house ready for you upon arrival. The house is spacious and the view is beautyful. the small town of Cala San Vicent has a few small supermarkets, and the bigger Etroski supermarket is about 7 km away. So do rent a car! There is also beautiful villages and the most stunning beaches close by - so is the Sunday market at Pollensa, that Mercedes recommended us to go to. Good thing we did, we loved it! We could easily see ourselves come back to Mercede's house another time, and we highy recommend it to other families or groups visiting the north of Mallorca.

Dejligt komfortabelt hus

Mercedes hus har 3 store fine soveværelser, med virkelig gode senge. Da vi ankom, havde lejligheden angiveligt ikke været luftet igennem i et stykke tid, hvorfor der lugtede lidt jordslået. Lugten forsvandt dog ret hurtigt, da vi åbnede alle vinduer. Udsigten fra huset er fantastisk. Kort komfortabel gåtur til den fine lille strand. Køkkenet er fint udstyret. Dejligt stort køleskab. Mercedes er en utrolig sød og hjælpsom værtinde. Hun bor i underetagen af huset, men det er intet problem og lejligheden har seperat adgang.

Wat een prachtig authentiek huis op een heerlijke locatie. Niet te druk en alles wat we nodig hadden

We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen en hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Dit verblijf paste helemaal in onze vakantie omdat het typisch Spaans is. Heerlijk genoten van het uitzicht en het strand op 5 minuten. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Un torreón al mar.

La casa fue un hogar para nosotros, su encanto, su paz, su comodidad y calidez. Su anfitriona, Mercedes, muy agradable y siempre dispuesta a guiarnos. Una casa con mucha historia artística q nos hubiera gustado conocer. Solo agregaría la posibilidad de sombrear una parte de la terraza. Su fondo un refugio perfecto. Muy recomendable, ojalá volvamos pronto!!! Pilar, Uruguay.
