About this property

The Toccoa Riverside Cabin

The Toccoa Riverside Cabin is a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin that sits directly on the banks of the Toccoa River.
"Directly" means the cabin is steps from the river. Watch other listings. Most are close to the river, across the street, short drive, or down the mountain.
The Toccoa River is considered to be one of the best trout fishing rivers in Georgia.
Bring your athletic equipment for a LARGE front yard made for kickball, soccer, baseball, etc. Family time at it's best.
Within in 30 minutes of the cabin: Olympic venue whitewater, Cherokee Casino, hiking, biking, waterfalls, the scenic rail road, downtown shopping at Blue Ridge, McCayesville Ga/Coppertown Tn. and John C Campbell Folks School.
The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway is close and a perfect way to see both towns.
Do not miss a movie at The Swan Drive-In!! One of four remaining in the state.
The Toccoa Riverside cabin has all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen, high speed internet, grill and spacious outdoor living. We also offer TV`s with satellite and DVD capabilities. .
The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway will pass by across the river daily and sometimes two trips on weekends. Please wave with your hands.
Kick back and watch the river flow. No houses across the river. Just ducks and a beaver.

Our goal is that you and yours have a pleasant, memorable stay and will return.

Quite Oasis
We went with our adult children and their significant other for a weekend to this cabin. We had a wonderful time away from the hektik and every day hassels. We enjoyed sitting by the river watching the fisherman drift by , catching a couple of fish and watching the deer coming into the yard in the evening. The cabin has everything you need , comfortable and quaint. Beds are comfortable and the cabin was very clean. We definitely will visit again.

We are so busy with sports, band, teenage boys that we cannot find the time to get to the cabin. A house needs to be lived in.

Why they chose this property

Trout fishing, tubing, kayaking biking, hiking.
Large yard for family fun.
Also with in a 30 mile drive are the Olympic whitewater center, Harrah's Casino, waterfalls, the one and only Blue Ridge Railway, The Swan Drive-In (!), downtown shopping in Blue Ridge Ga., zip-lining, and I could go on.

What makes this property unique

Master-on-main. Bath on each level.
What make this property unique is not only the 500ft of river front, but also the large level yard for family activities. We enjoy the fishing, kayaking, tubing, shopping, etc, etc, etc. The family time spent together playing games has brought us together. That is priceless.
