About this property

The very calm and non-terraced villa is located in a back alley, it has a surface of 110 m² and extends over 500 m² of landscaped land, fully fenced. It is composed of a large living / dining room with TV, a fitted American kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed with TV and bedroom 2: 2 90 cm beds), a mezzanine ( with BZ for 2 additional beds), a bathroom (with shower); an independent WC and it has a terrace of 50 M². The garden is completely wooded. Possibility to have 2 more beds in the living room (sofa convertible into a real bed). All bedding is new. All linens are provided at no extra charge.
Children and 'doggies' will be able to 'frolic' safely

It is located near the Janas forest, which is part of the Cap Sicié Massif.
The beaches are 3 km away. Some are accessible by paths through the forest (50 mins on foot)

Located opposite the harbor of Toulon, at the foot of Cap Sicié, La Seyne sur Mer is a seaside resort in the Var, located on the shores of the Mediterranean. It is a pleasant city, with its lively and warm pedestrian streets, its sumptuous villas, its fish market. You will also enjoy the charm of the hinterland, its typical forests and villages. You can get to Toulon by car, but also with a sea shuttle.

Haus mit Garten

Die Ankunft war etwas holprig, da unter der angebenen Telefonnummer jemand abnahm, der Nichts von einer Vermietung wußte. Der Schreck saß! Patrick hat sich aber Minuten später gemeldet und alles war gut. Das Haus ist überwiegend sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Galerie mit einer weiteren Ausziehcouch. Das Untergeschoss mit Wohnküche und Essplatz ist sehr groß. Der Garten scheint etwas vernachlässigt und insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden uns evtl Insektengitter an den Fenstern wünschen, wenn es schon keine Klimaanlage gibt! Es kühlt wuderbar ab in der Nacht. Wir haben den vielen Platz sehr genossen, wenn doch recht teuer zu viert. Wir würden das Haus für eine große Familie empfehlen. Patrick war sehr freundlich und auch ohne Französichkenntnisse sind wir gut ausgekommen.
