Much better than any hotel room!

Spotless kitchen, dining and living area. Excellent bedrooms, very comfortable beds. Bathrooms ,again clean and perfectly functional. Improvements could be made to outside space. It looked uncared for. A patio table and chairs to have breakfast at ,perhaps a lounger to lie in if the weather was suitable. Not asking for a barbecue…..so many excellent restaurants in Kinsale! Loved the chiming of the chapel clock ,next door,on the hour.

Lovely Stay

This property is in an excellent location. Near to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Kinsale but quiet . It was extremely comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. The two bedrooms are identical in size and comfort making the property ideal for two couples. The kitchen / living area is well equipped with equipment and comfortable chairs. The television is a good size with a large range of channels so we were able to watch the six nations rugby. I would definitely try to stay here again as long as it isn't booked up as a result all the good reviews !

Beautiful property with central location

The house was lovely well stocked with essentials, nice big beds and bathrooms with a great central location and Catherine let us check out a bit later. The problem we had was there was no heating on the top floor even though we turned the valves up the pipes where cold on all radiators, we tried to contact the owner but never got a response which was disappointing, luckily we was not there much and the sun was out which warmed the room up a bit.

Lovely place, very close to all amenities

What a place.!!!, not many reviews but believe me this place is well worth booking. Has been done out to a high standard and the beds are to die for. Great size bedrooms with a fabulous on suite shower room to both bedrooms. Definitely book here again when we come back.
