Quaint, Quiet, Relaxing Location
My husband and I stayed here in November 2023. For check in the manager, Val, met us at the apartment. She was a very nice lady and was available whenever we needed anything. The apartment was as described. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were resolved quickly by Val and her crew. The place was clean and the security locks for all the doors and windows were a plus. One issue was that the complex did not have proper lighting in the front so when we walked during the evening to get something to eat, it was a bit dark. I would have been a little more nervous if my spouse wasn't with me.
I liked that each bedroom had an air conditioning unit. The units probably need updating as they are loud and automatic settings can be off. However, I was happy to have the units for the comfort.
Met one of the neighbors, who was a doctor and president of the association, he and his wife were friendly and introduced themselves. He also let us know about the safety level and the security gate to the beach.
The place was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only drawback was that the TV was lacking for us TV junkies. Because of the location, we could not watch Netflix and things like that. I would suggest perhaps getting NordVPN for the televisions so that visitors can watch football or things like that in the down time.
I did like that they did not have a ton of clean up rules upon exit.
