The Gambí apartment development has been designed to make the most of Puerto de Pollensa’s surrounding nature, offering wonderful views and direct access to Gola Park - a picturesque nature reserve that’s home to many of the island’s indigenous flora and fauna. The apartments are located just 200 metres from Puerto de Pollensa’s beach.

The two-bedroom apartments offer one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with a communal bathroom. They are located on either the ground, first or second floors of this smart, three-storey building and measure around 80 square metres.

Inside, all have a spacious open-plan living and dining area, plus a furnished outdoor space. Ground-floor apartments have a private garden area, first-floor apartments come complete with terraces, and the penthouse apartment boasts a huge roof terrace and a barbecue area.

All the apartments are furnished to a high standard, with sleek, minimalist kitchens, hard wearing woods and plush marbles incorporated into their interiors. The complex hosts a total of 9 apartments, which share a pool area and attractive landscaped gardens.

Great apartment for couples

The last days of July my wife and I spent some days at one of Gambí's two bedroom penthouse. I can't recommend these Riusech apartments highly enough! People tend to think of them as family-oriented but it turn out to be just perfect for couples.

Location is unique, very quiet place but within a short walk distance from the Puerto Pollensa center and just 2 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast and dining at the terrace and star sighting at the roof solarium. And we really love the views over Pollensa mountains and La Gola wetland!

Architecture and construction quality is outstanding and the layout of rooms is well thought and convenient. Furniture and home appliances are high class as well.

But without any doubt the best is Riusech's great service. We have rented several times with them and it was simply brilliant from start to finish. For example, at Gambí we experienced an issue with a broken roller blind and they came and fixed the same day, just an hour or so after we notified them!

Very spacious, lovely view, good sized pool.

Easy key collection on arrival. Apartment spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. The kitchen had plenty dishes but lacked proper red wine glasses and a bread knife, which given the cost of the rent I think should be rectified. It would have been nice to have an outdoor sofa on the balcony as well as the table and chairs. The pool was clean and very comfortable sun loungers, although as there was only 8 occasionally you could not get a lounger by the pool. These are minor complaints but the accommodation is expensive. The location is excellent, very close to beach and under 10 minutes to the central square in porta pollensa.

The Mason Family Holiday, July 2015

This was one of the best holiday experiences we have had, from the initial comunications, to the arrival, our stay, and the holiday experience itself. We were more than impressed with the presentation of the property which has a commanding position adjacent to La Gola nature reserve with fantastic views across Puerto Pollensa and the mountains beyond. The position is also fantastic for all manner of activities at approx 200m from the main beach and within 5 mins max walk of the many excellent restaurants on the walk into the main town area. There is also a lovely shortcut to the town square via the nature reserve.

The place was immaculate upon arrival and has the very best of facilities with a full suite of NEF equipment including, Induction Hob, Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine and Tumble drier. The aircon was a fantastic addition to all the rooms. The bonus on the roof terrace was a proper Weber 57cm BBQ already stocked with coals and firelighters. There were also 4 loungers, a pergola with dining table, shower and drier on the roof terrace which were great in the evening.

All in all this is a fantastic place to stay and we would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

If we were to comment on some areas for improvement it would be that the loungers around the pool were very limited (x8) to share between 9 apartments, the wifi was very tempremental, and the TV had only 1 UK channel, but these were a small inconvenience in an an otherwise fantastic accomodation.

Fantastic accommodation

This was our second visit to Gambi, as we enjoyed staying here so much before. The accommodation is definitely the best rental we have ever stayed at. It is of a very high standard with high end fittings, comfortable beds and very clean. The property is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. A wonderful view from the balcony of the mountains. Have already booked to return next year!

Puerto de Pollensa is set along a sheltered, horse shoe-shaped bay on Mallorca’s north coast, and is backed by the majestic ranges of the Tramuntana Mountains. This former fishing village is now a holiday destination, owing to its laid-back ambience and island charm.

The tinkling marina makes an atmospheric soundtrack to relaxing strolls along Pine Walk on a balmy evening – this popular pine and palm tree-lined promenade follows the pretty waterside. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants and pavement cafes in the town, perfect for people watching over a light lunch or an ambient dinner.

Puerto Pollensa’s main beach is a real draw – it’s long, wide and deep, with golden sands and excellent views over the mountains. Kayaks and pedaloes can be hired from here, and banana boating and parasailing are available too. Meanwhile, on the opposite site of the bay, you’ll find D’Albercuix beach, which runs along Pine Walk making it smaller and narrower but no less charming for it.
