DELIGHTFUL SPANISH STYLE VILLA.

Spread over four levels, the air conditioned villa is situated in Los Altos 1 and is within short walking distance to all of La Manga Club’s amenities. By making use of the various private terraces and roof top solarium you can enjoy sunshine all day long whilst taking in stunning views down to the Mar Menor and the surrounding mountains.

Los Altos No.27 is accessed via one flight of stairs from the car park. The villa is especially close to nearby tennis centre, golf and other sporting facilities. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The shared swimming pool is only a few steps away at the rear of the villa, but far enough for you not to be disturbed. As you enter the villa there is a large hall with a dining room table for entertaining, seats 6. Across the way is our additional (3rd) room with a double bed & storage space. There is also a separate W.C. on this level. There are steps to take you downstairs to the 2 bedrooms, both have plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom is slightly larger with a large double bed which can be split into 2 singles. The French doors lead out onto a patio making it light and airy.

The en suite bathroom is finished to a high standard with power shower. Next to the twin bedroom is the family bathroom which is also home to the built in washing machine. Leading off from the hall is another short flight of stairs taking you up to the living room. This is open plan with another smaller dining room table and plenty of seating in the lounge.

The kitchen is separate with all modern appliances, home from home. The lounge opens out on to the front private terrace which includes a built in bbq giving that al fresco feel. The living room has a wood burner for the winter months and underfloor heating can be enjoyed throughout the property. The air-condition units are in each room so can be operated separately. Leading off the lounge/dining room is another sitting area with a sofa bed which takes you out on to the small rear terrace. And as if that isn't enough of extra space there is still the roof terrace to sit on should you wish to see even more of La Manga.

  • All bathrooms are finished to a high standard with plenty of cupboard space. Towels and linen are provided for your stay. Soap dispensers. Beach towels are not provided, but can be given if specifically requested. The family bathroom has W.C. and bath with shower over the bath. First Aid kit kept in one of the drawers. Washing machine is also housed in one of the cupboards, pegs and wash powder too.

  • The bedrooms are located downstairs next to a separate family bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with wall to floor fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. It faces the front of the property and has patio doors that lead onto a pretty outside terrace. The mirrored wardrobes offer plenty of space for your belongings and there is a safe for personal effects. A hairdryer is included. The en-suite has W.C. and walk in shower space and twin hand basins. The twin bedroom is a good size with fitted large wardrobes and bedside tables. Hairdryer in bathroom.

Notes:
There is a landline phone for internal use throughout the resort. Incoming calls from UK can be received. The underfloor heating is excellent for the winter months but is costly to run and so our winter prices have to reflect this.

Highly recommended villa

We're a family of four and loved our stay in this villa. It's very well situated - as it's just a few minutes walk to the tennis centre and surrounding shops, restaurants and bars. The shared pool is lovely, it's pretty quiet and only a few steps away from the back door. There are three outside seating areas to choose from - the main terrace, just off the living area, offers great views of the Manga Strip and sea beyond. The villa is stylish, clean, comfy and well equipped. We'll be back for sure.

Great villa. Great location.

This was our second holiday to La Manga staying in this villa which is in a great location for all activities and restaurants on site. The property is spacious, clean and well maintained. Linda was most helpful with anything we needed to know. The tennis and football academies are well organised and the coaches are very professional. The golf courses are superb but you need a buggy at this time of year because of the heat. Our eleven year old son made a lot of friends at the pool and said "It's the best holiday he's ever had!" Already booked to return next summer.

Great villa in a fantastic location

The villa was lovely with plenty of outside space so we could always find some sunshine or shade! It had everything you would need for it to be a home away from home. It’s location is fantastic with only a five minute walk to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Fabulous Villa bang in the heart of La Manga Club

A fantastic comfortable and well maintained villa with all the modern facilities you would expect these days.Brilliant views of La Manga Strip and surrounding countryside from the roomy patio area and also the rooftop solarium.We had a brilliant 7 day break in lovely temperatures playing 2 of the 3 on site golf courses as well as enjoying a few of the many bars and restaurants on the resort with the villa being an ideal location to return to and rest in.As alternatives to eating out, the villa has an outside barbeque plus great cooking facilities and a very well maintained kitchen to prepare meals in comfort.It is a very clean and tidy villa and I would recommend a stay here without hesitation.

Simple September - Relaxing

Booking the Villa with Linda was so simple, from the moment we made contact to the point of arrival it put us at ease and helped us relax before we even arrived. The weather was stunning for the week we had in September, the Villa is nicely situated within a close walk to the tennis center and the bars and restaurants. The pool is a stones throw from the back of the Villa up the steps and we can even watch the kids from the terrace! We'll be back same time 2017 please!

Character Spanish villa

Just arrived back from our week at your lovely villa. The villa was even better than the photos, the lounge area was lovely with great views through the picture window and the downstairs bedrooms were cool (early aug). The best thing for us with children was the proximity to the pool which could be accessed via the steps from the back of the villa directly upto the pool. And from the roof terrace we could sit in the early evening and watch the children splashing about. We were all very sad to leave and hope to visit again soon.

Los Altos 1 is a unique group of villa's that are at the heart of La Manga Club and in an excellent position for all the resort has to offer. We are ideally situated for young families and those who choose to play tennis and golf. The tennis centre is a short walk away and the shops and restaurants/bars also within easy reach. We are high enough up to enjoy panoramic views across to the Mar Menor but equally close to the car park. This 5 star resort is a beautiful & established collection of small villages which are nestled into the hillside of a Natural Park. The facilities are open all year around which is why people come back year after year. There are 3 championship golf courses (we give 50% off green fees), 28 tennis courts, squash courts, 9 hole pitch & putt, crazy golf, gymnasium, mountain biking and a private beach cove for the more relaxed holidaymaker. Many people find there is enough to occupy them within the resort but should you wish to venture outside then there are local villages with well recommended restaurants & shops. The nearby beaches at Mar Cristal or the the La Manga Strip are all good and there is a local market at Cabo de Palos every Sunday morning. Towards Cartagena is a shopping centre 'Parc Mediterranean' which even has a C&A. Cartagena has a popular marina and a newly designed shopping precinct. The Spanish fiestas are well worth watching. The city of Murcia is full of baroque buildings and the Cathedral with its square is a great place to have a hot chocolate or coffee. Just remember the Spanish still have their siesta between 1.30 & 4.30pm.
