This charming condominium, located at the southern tip of Mission Bay, has breathtaking views of both the Mission Bay channel and the Pacific Ocean. You can watch the yachts and sailboats go by from your living room. There is a patio right outside your door with a hot tub, barbecue grill, lounge chairs, and dining tables. The condo has recently been remodeled and beautifully decorated with a focus on comfort and convenience. There's a full kitchen with top quality equipment for people who like to cook, and a Keurig for the coffee lovers, granite counter tops, a large luxurious walk-in shower, incredibly comfortable bed and furniture, and Wi Fi. You have your own parking spot right in front of the building, and that's very important at the beach.

Mission Beach is the place to be for adults and children. You can cycle, walk, or roller blade for miles in either direction. Go surfing or Boogie boarding on the ocean side in the famous Mission Beach waves, or enjoy the wind free sandy beaches and calm waters on the Mission Bay side. Ride the famous Mission Beach roller coaster and other Belmont Amusement Park rides. There are picnic areas and playgrounds steps from your door. You are minutes away from shopping, 17 museums at Balboa Park, Sea World, and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

Everything you need and want!

The condo was perfect for 2 and the location is perfect! Very quiet area. Excellent restaurants and walk ups in close walking distance. Condo had everything you need for a wonderful time at the beach!

Great location

Long weekend with my husband. Perfect size for the two of us and great location. We strolled down the beach and walked to a new favorite coffee shop every morning. Great communication with owner. Place was spotless.

Amazing!

Everything was amazing at this location. Having cookware, seasonings, and coffee was a huge plus for me. The location was amazing - I loved being able to watch seals and dolphins swim by while sitting by the window! There was one hiccup when we first arrived, but he was responsive and helpful. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

The location and views are amazing! This is such a great place to relax and unwind. The serene, quiet Mission Bay area is steps away to the left of the condo, and the roaring Pacific Ocean in South Mission Beach is just steps away to the right. The views of the ocean and channel are spectacular. Sitting at your dining table looking out at the channel you see every imaginable kind of boat go by, and if you're lucky, you could see dolphins and sea lions playing in the channel. Everything in this condo is designed to be relaxing, comfortable, and easy for the renter. There’s no better place in San Diego. We're excited about being a part of this, and we'd like to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

Mission Boulevard ends at the Mission Bay Jetty. All boat traffic in and out of the bay must travel through this passage. The condo is located in the perfect spot to watch the boats come and go. Beyond the jetty, you can see the classic Southern California surf spot of Ocean Beach and the OB Pier. This is a rare and spectacular San Diego view point.
