This charming finca enjoys a private location just 1km from the historic old town of Pollensa with the dramatic backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains, 6km inland from the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa.

Situated in the beautiful Vall de Colnya Valley just 20 minutes walk to the main plaza in the old town of Pollensa.

The approach to the finca takes you along a rough track where you arrive at this delightful property. Inside there are 4 bedrooms, four bathrooms and two lounges, one with satellite tv decoder (free to air channels available) and WiFi broadband access. Outside there is a fantastic private pool, plenty of sun loungers and a delightful country garden. There is a built in stone BBQ with dining area, ideal for long leisurely lunches or alfresco evening dining. Separate shady sitting areas can be found around the garden for quiet reading spots or pre dinner aperitifs, everything is in place for a perfect relaxing family holiday.

The garden has a range of fruit trees which include lemon, orange, olive , fig, and grape vines.

What a wonderful house! Such character and comfort.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is amazing and so well equipped from kitchen equipment to pool toys!

The garden is beautiful and full of fruit trees, our children loved the pool it's a great size and there are plenty of places to sit and relax.

The views are wonderful.

It's a short walk into Pollenca town so great for going out for meals not to mention all the great shops!

If could give it 6 stars I would.

Lovely, spacious traditional Mallorcan finca

We had a great week staying in this property just outside Pollensa. All descriptions were accurate and all amenities provided. The finca is well maintained and the gardens lovely with lots of spots for relaxing. It was really useful to have plenty local information provided in the on site folders. Pollensa is such a beatiful place and having been several times it never disappoints. The Sunday market is a must.

The northernmost spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollença. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. The town, under the shade of the mountains of Puig de Pollença and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chique restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. During nearly all the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas among which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The Sunday market is a social event and people travel from around the island to experience the array of products on offer. The town is open all year round with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers taking over from the summer tourists in the cooler months
