These modern refurbished air conditioned apartments are situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerto Pollensa.  Just one road back from the famous Pine Walk, the area  is very quiet yet just a  minutes walk to the one of the Pine Walk´s lovely cove beaches.

They are located on a quiet street just a row back from the Pine Walk main promenade. First and second floor one bedroom apartments consists of a lounge dining area with comfortable sofa,  Digital LCD TV (Spanish Digital Reception), some English language programmes leading directly to a private balcony  which includes table & seating for 2 people. 3 of the apartments have double beds and the other has twin beds.

The studio apartment does not have a separate bedroom, it has a "kitchenette unit" including a microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is no hob or washing machine in the studio, but due to its top floor location it has views over the front line apartments to the bay. The studio has 2 x single beds that can be placed together to simulate a large double (bedding provided is for single beds).

The town centre, Marina and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are restaurants, cafes bars, shops,  and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. The apartment block is well maintained with all the apartment have just undergone a full renovation. The one bedroom apartments have a double bed with modern built in wardrobes. The modern bathroom also of good size contains  a shower, hand basin and low level wc. The lounge dining area contains a comfortable double sofa which can be made into a single bed*, flat screen TV with Spanish TDT (Limited UK language programmes available), DVD* on request , dining room table with 4 chairs. The very sleek modern kitchen areas contains a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

*The sofa is NOT a sofa bed, it is a large sofa which is a similar size to a single bed, we can provide bedding for the sofa so it can be made up into a single bed, this would be suitable for a child, alternatively a separate fold up bed can be provided for an additional charge. There is no sofa in the studio apartment.

Just along the road a few minutes walk away is Laguna Bar ; Restaurant where you can use the pool and enjoy lovely food, drinks and snacks. The pool is owned by the Laguna bar and restaurant and the pool is available to customers that are buying food or drink if you are using the facilities there. It is not expensive and a very good facility. Normally during the season they are open 09.00 until late (usually you can use the pool whilst it is still light time hours).

One bedroom apartment on the first floor. There are five apartments in the block, Apartments A have a balcony facing west towards the mountains and has the sun in the afternoon. Neither of the first or second floor apartments have views of the sea. All apartments have been refurbished with modern bathrooms and contemporary kitchens. They can each sleep 3 people, there is a double bed in the bedroom and the other on the the sofa which can be made up as bed. Both apartments have air conditioning, there is a kitchen including microwave and electric hob and washing machine. They are light and airy and furnished to a high standard. There are 5 apartments in the block that will sleep 2/3 people (the studio apartment sleeps 2).

The listing regarding the location and layout was good. The local amenities and area we knew, as we have been to Mallorca particularly to Puerto de Pollensa quite a few times.

The apartment was clean and tidy.

The customer service was good, particularly the cleaning lady as we had a little problem working the washer.

We would recommend this property to others.

We where familiar the local restaurants and the nearby attraction also the various trips one can go on.

We did think there should of been a safe in the apartment, although we did not feel the area to be unsafe.also a cutting board would have been useful in the kitchen area.

It would be helpful to know if the balcony was sea facing or facing the mountains.

Excellent little apartment in a prime location - Good service

Apartment is in a prime spot one street back from the beach at the pine walk.

Balcony has a nice view back to the mountains.

Kitchenette off the living room has everything you need for making breakfast and lunch. Small utility room had washing machine and there was a small outdoor space for drying clothes so balcony could be used for sitting out as opposed to drying clothes!

Good sized bathroom and bedroom. Comfortable living room with two person dining table and wi-fi.

All clean and everything in good working order.

Owner provided helpful directions from the airport for driving.

Deposit refunded promptly on return.

Excellent if you are looking for a one bedroom apartment!

Clean comfortable Apartment

A pleasant well maintained apartment.Easy parking just along the road.Scrupulously clean.While we were there the weather was cold,apparently quite normal for Mallorca at this time of year.We would stay here againand it would be nice to have a coffee maker of some sort and instructions for using the electric hob(we are in the gas age at home!).

As far as activities go,we spent quite a lot of time looking at boats and deciding if we should try to swim(didn't!).Checked out ProDive in the port,we hope to return in the Autumn and want to dive then.

Eating,so much choice,so little time.Iru on the front is very good,and there are others we visited.As we came to Mallorca to visit my daughter we visited many places with her and as I have no Spanish I cannot be specific unfortunately.

Next time we hoe to visit Port Soller,probably by boat,and Cala Mondragon at the other end of the Island.WE visited the nature reserve at s'albufera.Fine selection of birds.

Not strictly related to the Apartment,I should say that on our ferry trips we saw dolphins off Barcelona and dolphins and a whale out of Santander in the bay of Biscay.What people who fly miss!

Excellent property in a great area....

An excellent property, very well maintained with a clean and fresh decor. Suited to couples in a nice area of the Port, close enough to town but far enough away from the crowds. The property is of an excellent standard with everything you could need. I will use this property again on our return trips to Puerto Pollensa.

Nettes Apartment in guter Lage in der zweiten Reihe

Wir waren mit dieser Unterkunft zufrieden. Am Rande von Port de Pollenca gelegen und in der "zweiten Reihe" - also in unmittelbarer Nähe (50m) zum Strand, aber ohne Meerblick.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem etwas älteren Gebäude - offenbar hat vor ein paar Jahren aber eine Renovierung stattgefunden. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist eher funktional und lieblos - z.B. fast ohne Dekoration und stets mit der billigsten IKEA-Ausstattung. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet, allerdings fehlen z.B. Dinge wie ein Schneidebrett etc.

Man kann sich hier aber auf jeden Fall wohlfühlen, sofern man keine größeren Ansprüche hat. Ein gegenüber dem Vermieter monierter Schaden an einer Tür wurde sehr schnell (<24h) repariert, das war also alles sehr problemlos. Ein- und Auschecken erfolgte über einen Schlüsseltresor, also eher unpersönlich aber eben "funktional".

Pollença (Pollensa)

The northernmost spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollença. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. The town, under the shade of the mountains of Puig de Pollença and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chique restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. During nearly all the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas among which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The Sunday market is a social event and people travel from around the island to experience the array of products on offer. The town is open all year round with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers taking over from the summer tourists in the cooler months

Port de Pollença (Puerto Pollensa)

This resort has everything – wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. Originally a fishing village, Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings tourists and locals alike wander up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafe bars and restaurantsand along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D’Or hotel.

The Alcudia area

Alcúdia is today one of the most celebrated towns of Mallorca. It enjoys a privileged geographic location: it lies in the North-east of Mallorca, 54 km away from Palma, in a peninsula that separates the bays of Alcúdia and Pollença. In its more than 30 km of coastline are pretty beaches with fine sand, steep cliffs and secluded coves of great beauty. .

Hugely popular Alcudia is geared to cater for all ages and tastes. For action packed days head to the nearby waterpark, the local wetland nature reserve and the long soft white sandy beaches with great choice of watersports on offer. Less energetic pastimes include soaking up the old town’s historic charm and exploring the rocky coastline by boat. Boutiques and shops are across the resort and bars, restaurants and cafes sit along the bay. Alcudia’s cosmopolitan and lively nightlife scene centres on the busy port area with further entertainments spread throughout the resort.

The activities in Alcudia are mainly focused along the spectacular five-mile (eight km) beach that fronts the resort. All sorts of watersports can be arranged from scuba diving to banana rides. There are tennis and squash courts in the resort and nearby attractions include a water park, a go-kart track and horse riding stables. There are choice of golf courses nearby. Boats trips can be arranged to the stunning Formentor promontory where passengers can snorkel or simply take in the views. Private boat charters are also available. The nearby towns of Pollenca and Alcudia (old town) and the mountain village of Lluc are worth exploring in search of a little culture, while those looking to get away from it all can take a trip to the mountainous western side of the island.
