Beautiful luxury villa offering a stylish holiday base. Fantastic location in Pollensa old town.

This luxury villa on the Calvario hill in Pollensa old town offers a stylish holiday base for you and your family. A car is not necessary, as you are on the square with its Mediterranean life happening in a mere 5 minute walk. Should you however bring a car, the villa has private parking, which is a must in the town, especially in summer. The property boasts four bedrooms with four en-suites.

Upon entering the property, a hallway with cloakroom leads to the spacious and bright dining and sitting room, opening up onto the covered terrace and the sunbathing area by the pool. On the left there is on good sized twin bedroom with en suite shower room and access to the back patio area, as well as a fully fitted country style kitchen with pantry.

From here again you access the covered porch terrace and pool area where you will find another covered dining table. On the first floor are two suites.

Right next to the main house is a guest apartment with a large twin bedroom and a shower room. The villa can be let year round as there is oil central heating, and the winter festivities are as interesting and fun as the summer activities!

About Reservations

We are a family business, with many years experience of renting holiday villas. Like many people who come to stay in our properties, we often went on holiday two or three times every year and more often than not stayed in private villas or apartments. We travelled to Ibiza and Menorca and eventually, after our children arrived we found our favourite spot in Pollensa in the North East corner of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands.

We continued to take holidays in private rental villas in Pollensa until one day in 2006 we decided to take the plunge and buy our first property on Mallorca for a holiday home. We were feeling brave so we decided to buy a run down town house in the historic quarter of Pollensa. Six months after the purchase we sold our UK businesses and property and moved full time to Pollensa, Mallorca to start a new life. We never managed to take a holiday in our new holiday home but many other lucky people did and thoroughly enjoyed it, the property is still available to rent now and continues to be a favourite with our clients. We purchased and rented several properties of our own which gave us a further understanding of exactly what people wanted when they rented a private villa.

We enjoyed great success in renting our properties and after speaking with friends and acquaintances who owned properties, we found many were looking for someone reliable to manage the rentals for them. In 2012 we decided to set up Vida Villas and we now manage a selection of properties that we have direct relationships with the owners. Many are private holiday homes for the owners and as such have been very lovingly restored and decorated tastefully, furthermore they have been fitted out to ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for a well earned break.

Best Holiday

Just returned from over week's stay with some friends here and all I can say is book this villa if you are considering a large group holiday in Mallorca. The villa and view are both stunning and the level of comfort is outstanding. This villa has absolutely everything you need for self catering, 8 of us stayed there and we never felt like we were getting in each other's way or on top of each other as the place is so spacious. If you can drag yourself away from the pool and the view and wish to explore the island you're in easy reach of lovely beaches and other attractions. The village of Pollensa itself is charming with a lovely selection of restaurants and shops including a very good bakery and mini supermarket (which also includes a butcher) and is in very easy reach down a set of stairs just off the road the villa entrance is located on so you don't need to go far for supplies (though the walk back up is quite a work out). There are also larger supermarket chains a short 10 minute drive outside of the village should you want to do a big shop for basics.

Colin, the agent for the property, was also incredibly welcoming and helpful and was on hand to answer any questions we had during our stay.

I can't recommend this property enough. I can't find a single fault with it and also want to thank Vida Villas for making everything so easy

Superb Family Holiday

Our family had the most wonderful holiday in the Font Llobera Villa. 2 mins to the very picturesque Plaza Major with its cobbled streets and fantastic restaurants and bars. 5 mins to the local supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl). 10 mins to puerto pollensa (pine walk) and cala st vincent stunning beach cove. This was our second holiday to pollensa and would highly recommend this villa and pollensa. Couldn't have asked for more from the villa, all very clean tidy lots of space. 10m swimming pool and superb views with every amenity on the doorstep.
