To the south, Sugar Pine Point State Park awaits; it's also reachable in about ten minutes by car or bike. When the ski season arrives, you'll find yourself just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres of groomed trails and pristine powder tree skiing. Reservations are considered booked when Guest's prepayment has been received. Reservation Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is considered non-refundable (less any taxes paid).

El Dorado County Regulations:
1. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
2. Occupancy is limited between 10 PM and 8 AM.
3. Maximum occupancy is enforced at all times.
4. Any violations may result in a fine.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
