About Ruth Forder

Hi, we are a couple that live near Mijas and have lived here for almost 11 years. Our dog Lucy adopted us when we had been here for 1 year and therefore have to continue living near the forest for her, she hates the water and beach life !!!! We lived in West London for many years but we love the fabulous weather that we have here most of the year and could never return.

Bien pero algo descuidado

Tamaño bien y mobiliario correcto. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Sin embargo, algunos elementos necesitan actualización porque están deteriorados (techos, puertas, etc). En la cocina falta la campana extractora!!! Imposible cocinar sin ella. Y es imprescindible una limpieza a fondo de toda la vivienda cada cierto tiempo pues algunas cosas tenían pinta de no limpiarse en mucho tiempo.

Por el precio que se paga, el mantenimiento y la limpieza tienen que ser impecables (como en muchos otros apartamentos de la zona).
