Lovely and spacious country house for 9 people and two babies (Legal permission of the government number ETV/368) in Campanet (North of Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large terraces, gorgeous views, fantastic swimming pool, air conditioning (cold and heat), Internet WIFI free, barbecue, chimney and all the comforts you'd expect.

Son Jorda enjoys a beautiful quiet, idyllic and very private location with stunning views to the Campanet valley and near of Pollença, Alcudia and Playa de Muro. Set amidst mature grounds with plenty of space for children to play and within walking distance to the attractive hilltop village of Campanet, with the ancient main plaza and tapas bars. Wrought iron gates open to the long gravel drive leading to this attractive stone clad property. Extremely well furnished the ample accommodation provides a comfortable family holiday home with full air conditioning.

Notes:
There is a general cleanliness of the whole house, every week. The bedrooms have blankets and sheets. The kitchen has cloths and the bathroom have big and small towels for every person. Also the sheets and the towels change and If the clients wish it also the towels change to half a week.

Fantastic finca experience

We stayed six adults and two children at Son Jorda in June 2017, and we had a great time. The house itself is very spacious, but we spent most of our time there either at the pool or the outside terrace-area, which is just a natural spot for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The house ameneties are decent - the rooms are fine and not lacking anything, and the same goes for the bathrooms, however the kitchen is a bit sparse with regards to cookware and kitchen utensils, and we found the outside barbecue to be not functional.

However, those are very minor details, so don't let those things put you off in any way.

We also enjoyed the placement of the finca on the island. Everything is quite close by, and we enjoyed great trips to Pollenca, Cap de Formentor (what a scenic drive), the Thursday market in Inca, the Roman ruins in Alcudia (not worth your while) and a daytrip to Palma (great city with a fantastic atmosphere).

Campanet itself doesn't really have any shops as such, so we did our grocery-shopping at Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona and Hiper Market in Inca, which is very close by too.

Arnau was a nice and very helpful host and we can only recommend staying at Son Jorda.

Perfect holidays in a perfect place

We had a very nice stay in Son Jorda. The house was extremely clean and Arnau was a very nice host. The kids really enjoyed and we had nice dinners outside with all the family. The Villa is very well located, just five minutes walking to the town. Highly recommended if you wish to spend a perfect holidays. Thanks Arnau for having us.
