Villa with 3 double bedrooms with two bathrooms.

The situation of the Finca El Roque could not be better, whether you are a couple looking for hiking trails (Valsequillo is the capital of hiking), as people who come to play golf at Cortijo Golf, or a young family with children looking for a place to enjoy and just 15 minutes drive from the beach. If you have a pet and want to get it, you can too.

The house, which is very bright, has all the amenities; It is a quiet area with magnificent views where you can enjoy safe.

A few meters playground and a lovely avenue, ideal for walks, where you will find supermarket, pharmacy, bar-restaurant, bakery ...).

Also only 5 minutes drive, you reach a sports center with gym, swimming pools, spa, etc.

NIce House

The house is clean and fully furnished. There is no heater, which can be an issue, but temperature outside is mostly 15C or higher. The valley in which the house is located is considerably less sunny than the southern part of the island. We used the house as our starting point for cycling routes, and this offered plenty of possibilities in all directions. Getting to the in my opinion most scenic route of the island, including the steep GC606 and the winding GC605, is challenging though. Everything in the house was functioning properly (shower, cooking device, TV). Supermarket Spar in Valsequillo, affordable and provides the basics.

Nice house in Valsequillo

The house is very clean and is fully furnished. There is no heating though but this is acceptable since temperature outside goes no lower than 14C. The sun less present than on the southern side of the island. We started our cycling tours from the house and from there plenty of different routes were possible. Reaching the scenic and though gc606 was somewhat of a challenge though.TV, washing machine, cooking plate and showers were all outstanding.

Cómoda vivienda con todos los servicios

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en este bonito chalet.

Hemos disfrutado de unas inmejorables instalaciones con todo los necesario.

La ubicación de la casa ofrece acceso a toda la isla debido a su situación, con un oasis de tranquilidad lejos de las grandes masificaciones. Hemos realizado varias rutas de senderismo en el mismo municipio, aunque también fuimos a la playa.Totalmente recomendable.

Estupenda casa para unas vacaciones tranquilas

La casa se encuentra entre a poca distancia tanto del mar como de la montaña. Se halla situada en un lugar muy tranquilo donde no hay ningún ruido (salvo los de la naturaleza). Está muy limpia y dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia en familia o con amigos, con zona exterior para comer, desayunar o, simplemente, tomar el sol. Además, Sebastián atendió rápidamente a todas las consultas que nos surgieron.

Cuando vuelva a Gran Canaria, regresaré sin duda a este alojamiento.

maison agreable spatieuse au calme facile d'entretien

nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans une maison spacieuse, bien équipée ( peut etre un peu plus de verres à vin et gros fait-tout seraient un plus); terrasse très agréable entre mer et montagne au calme; à noel, un peu plus de chauffages mobiles seraient appréciés

muy buenas vacaciones

Estuvimos en el puente de todos los santos, y solo podemos decir buenas cosas. El propietario, encantador, y la casa muy amplia y agradable. Encontramos todo lo necesario, aunque echamos de menos una barbacoa :-) ! el entorno precioso, tranquilo, y para los amantes de las vistas, la naturaleza, y si ademas tienes un animal, es ideal. bien situado, facil de acceso, aire puro... muy muy bien todo. lo pasamos ademas genial en la isla. gracias de nuevo, volveremos!!
