Two French doors open from the lounge onto a covered naya which has direct access to the lovely south facing garden and private pool area.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to a large first floor bedroom with Air Con unit and new en suite bathroom again with walk in shower and there is a private terrace overlooking the garden and with mountain views beyond.

The lovely sandy beach at the Arenal in Javea is ideal for families and young children, approx 15 minutes by car. It is a 10 minute walk to the historic town centre and port of Javea, where you will find many excellent bars, restaurants and shops is approx. a 20 minute walk. There are other beautiful resorts up and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive. Javea Golf Club with its 9 hole course and the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, are an approx. 20 minute drive. Car hire is recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

Javea sits on the South-Eastern coast of Spain in North Costa Blanca. With Moraira and a few of the other local towns it is often referred to as the Jewel in the Crown of Costa Blanca. With Javea’s 20 kilometres of coastline and dramatic scenery it is easy to see why.

Holiday rentals in Javea are very popular offering a fantastic destination for renting a holiday villa. Javea is split into three distinct areas. There’s the old town centre, slightly inland and full of traditional Spanish character with excellent shops and the venue for the local weekly market. Then there is the fishing port, still active and lined with restaurants, cafes and bars. The fishing boats lie side by side with the yachts and motor boats. Finally there is the fantastic Arenal beach front. A perfect sandy, gently-shelving, crescent-shaped beach that attracts many loyal fans from far and wide. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished.

There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November. Wherever you stay Javea offers a great holiday for all ages.

Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300.
