With its abundance of good quality restaurants, shops, picturesque marina and clear shallow water, it still remains one of the most unspoilt, smaller intimate resorts on the north Costa Blanca. Immaculate 3 bedroom modern villa, sleeps 6, and is finished to an excellent standard. The south facing terrace offers ample space for relaxing and sun bathing around the lovely pool.

The accommodation is on one level and has a light open plan lounge with archway leading to the dining area. Fully equipped fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms plus 1 twin bedroom, one en suite shower room and family shower room. Air Con unit to the master bedroom.

Secure parking for 2 cars via electric gates.

DVD player and LED TV with satellite UK channels including HD (similar to UK Freeview). Kitchen: Independent fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, integral fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Separate washing machine room. The owner has requested no smoking and no pets are allowed. Children welcome. The accommodation is all on one level and is suitable for guests with walking difficulties as the pool and sun terrace has direct access from the living room (access to the private BBQ terrace is via wide, open stairs so may be unsuitable for small children or adults with mobility difficulties). Beautiful south facing private terrace with non slip tiles and lots of sun bathing area. 8m x 5m pool with Roman steps, outside shower with H&C water supply. Seating area with wicker table and chairs.

Moraira town is approximately a 20/30 minute walk, or less than 5 minutes by car and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. The Blue Flag beach in Moraira is perfect for families with young children and there is also the lovely smaller beach at El Portet. Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car. Car hire would be recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

Changeover days are flexible and it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300.
