A TRUE GETAWAY 2bdrm apartment with comlete kitchen and magical ocean views

This luxury top floor apartment on Maxwell beach is sure to impress even the most discerning traveler, featuring direct ocean views from both the master bedroom and living areas with an ample ocean view balcony furnished with table and chairs for outdoors dining with a view and comfortable sun loungers. Both bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite. The master room has a king size bed with jacuzzi tub/shower and the guest bedroom twin beds with a shower. The fully air-conditioned apartment has a complete kitchen with 'L' shaped counter top and bar style chairs for those days/evenings when you feel like cooking and dining in. It also includes full laundry facilities with washer and dryer, telephone, Cable TV and wireless internet. The living room has comfortable couch seating for watching TV or just relaxing in air-conditioned comfort. The property has an elevator and secure off-road private parking should you decide to rent a car (not necessary) and a kidney shaped pool fringed by coconut palms providing shade along with umbrellas and sun loungers for tanning or just soaking up the sights and sounds of the ocean in the immaculately maintained beachfront garden. Two steps away from the pool through the beach gate and you are on the fine white sand beach which is safe for swimming and never crowded. 24hr security and an on-site property manager only add to the comfort you will experience. A full supermarket is within 10 minutes or less walking distance in the area called Oistins as well as ATM banking facilities, a 24hr mini-grocery and petrol station, fast-food outlets, local restaurants, shops and bars. Oistins is well known by locals and visitors alike for its fresh seafood cooked as you watch with outdoors dinging, bars, craft on sale, music, entertainment and much more. The property is also a 5 minute drive from the St. Lawrence Gap or The Gap as it is known which has a wide selection of restaurants, bars, a few nightclubs, souvenir shop and much more. While many visitors understand the value of renting privately owned self-catering holiday properties compared to hotel facilities, what I provide is an assurance that what has been offered is exactly what you will get and should you encounter any difficulties or issues or need island advice or recommendations, I am only a phone call or 15 minute drive away.

Great communications before we left the UK, Albert was extremely helpful, with a wonderful, warm Barbadian welcome. Condo was immaculate and very well equipped and well positioned in a slightly quieter part of the island which was what we wanted, close enough to Oistins - a must on a friday, we are returning next year.

The well known Oistins area is 10 minutes walk away and is famous for local fresh seafood cooked as you watch in an ocean view outdoors setting with many bars, craft on sale, music and much more. Popular with both locals and visitors alike. A 'must see and do'. The area known as The Gap or the St Lawrence Gap is also relatively close and has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shopping and more.
