This beautifully converted fully air-conditioned farmhouse consists of 4 bedrooms all en-suite. The ground floor level comprises of 1 main bedroom en-suite with shower room, main bathroom, kitchen-dining and sitting room. Going through a marble staircase you get to the first floor, where there is a main bedroom en-suite with shower room and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool area and breathtaking country views, triple bedroom and twin bedroom, both en-suite with shower room. The pentagon shaped pool overlooks the picturesque scenery of Pergla valley which leads to the tranquil Ghajn Barrani Bay. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature at its best.

Ix-Xaghra (pronounced: shara) is built on a hill to the central north-east of the island of Gozo. It lies just under four kilometres from Rabat, the town of the island, and is aptly described as the village of the goddess and the Madonna. Ix - Xaghra was one of the earliest inhabited areas of Gozo.

Xaghra enjoys very rich historical sites, undoubtedly the most famous are the Ggantija Temples. They date back to 3600 - 3200 B.C., which makes them older than the Pyramids of Egypt and the oldest known human structure in the world.

Apart from this, Xaghra also has a number of grottoes, such as Calypso Cave which plays a role in Greek mythology.

Our farmhouse is close to all amenities and lovely restaurants, bars and cafeterias situated in the village square as well as close to Gozo's main sandy beach.

A 25% deposit via a bank transfer is required in order to secure the booking
Full settlement of the remaining balance is to be paid at the latest thirty (30) days before the day of arrival.
Cancellations are only accepted up to 60 days prior the day of arrival. After said date, a refund of the deposit is not possible.
VAT at 7% is included in the price.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
