With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 playroom, separate kitchen, garage, on 2 floors with huge living, fireplace, wi-fi connection, iPod connectivity in each room, terrace facing south, you'll have a relaxing holiday in Chamonix’s finest and more natural surroundings with a 1000sqm garden, great views on 360°. You wont easily find a self catered chalet with these finishings.

Why Andrea chose Chamonix

I love Chamonix where I come for holiday since 20 years, I was looking for a quiet house where to spend my free time with family and friends. I found this fantastic chalet near the forest but although at 15 minutes walk from the town center, I bought it and completely renovated in an eco-friendly way.

What makes this chalet unique

This has not been concieved as a holiday house with small bedrooms and bathrooms, but more as a everyday house with plenty of space for living and enjoyng. I don't want to fill the house with people, I want that the people coming to my place feel at home with all the comfort they need to make a vacation great and relaxing.

Beautiful house, great place to stay

We enjoyed everything about the house. The design is modern but rustic and effortlessly elegant in the Italian way. Great views on Montblanc. Enjoined the garden as well.

Location is excellent - pretty quiet other than the occasional train and walking distance to Chamonix..

Andrea the owner was terrific as well welcoming us in person and explaining everything and being available at short notice for any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Chamonix area.

Cosy Christmas at 'the Nest'

We very much enjoyed our stay at Christmas in this luxury chalet in Chamonix with log fire, under-floor heating, glorious windows letting in sunlight and cosy and comfortable furnishings. With 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for all members of our family to enjoy the privacy they needed. Andrea is a wonderful and considerate host and the chalet is well-placed for access to the town of Chamonix with a short walk to local bus stops for ski areas.

Fabulous house in a magical place

Large house beautifully designed with modern furnishings to capture the magical view of the French Alps. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with modern fittings catered for our family of 7 very well. Kitchen was modern and well equipped, living room was bright and airy with a superb view of both the Mont Blanc and Brevent ranges. Outdoor dining area on the first floor balcony with BBQ set provided many memorable dinners under the shadow of the alps. Despite proximity to the train tracks, the house was relatively quiet and is situated in a lane with little road traffic. This made it safe for our children aged 11 and 14 to walk and cycle to the nearby woods and along the river Arve. The house also came with 4 bicycles which were suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Its proximity to Chamonix town (around 1 km) was convenient, with only a 5 min drive or a 10 min cycle to the town centre. The owner met us when we arrived and was very attentive to our needs. It was clear that he was very proud of the house and his family stayed often; thus everything was clean and in good working order. Would definitely like to visit and stay again, and is highly recommended for larger families.
