Very Comfortable just remodeled fully-furnished condominium in building with only three other units. New flooring, appliances and bathrooms redone. The condominium is south facing and gets tons of sunlight with views of the mountains from the living room, kitchen and balcony. Over 1000 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and steam shower in its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has one full size bed and one twin bed and its own TV. The living room has a day bed with two twin beds or can turn into one queen bed. There is also a private garage and washer/dryer in the building.

The condo is walking distance to great shops and restaurants. It is just a three-minute drive to Winter Park/Mary Jane or you can take a shuttle that stops in front of the complex.

very nice condo,clean comfortable,,,the bus picks you up and takes you right to the mountain for skiing.could use some more towels and some better pans,other than that perfect!

Great condo, great location.

This condo spacious and clean with beautiful views. The location is perfect, quiet and calm but just a short walk to the free ski shuttle and less than a mile walk to downtown. Our dog loved walking in the neighborhood and trails and playing with the neighbors' dogs.

Recommended stay for Winter Activity

For our family winter vacation, we stayed here for a week. We enjoyed downhill skiing, snowboarding, snow shoe, cross country skiing and dinner cooking. The facility is excellent for 4 active adults. Location was convenient to winter sport and shopping as well. Since we cook meals by ourselves, cannot recommend restaurants to dine.

This condo was great! It was comfortable, secure, and in a great location. You can walk to town in less than 10 minutes, and its on the bus route. We will be renting this condo again!
