This ground floor three bedroom apartment is perfect for intergenerational vacations or suit up to six adults (in three bedrooms). It has easy access from pavement level. Boasting its own separate private entrance, leading directly into the outside terrace and private pool
The main door opens into the large living/dining area, now incorporating an extended integrated kitchen. 3 double bedrooms, and large family bathroom are accessed from the living area. Newly (05/2023) decorated & rewired throughout, with usb enabled sockets throughout.
All bedrooms now incorporate blackout curtains, ceiling mounted fans, and aircon units in all rooms.
Guests have the added bonus of access to a second pool located on the rooftop (exclusive to only 11 other apartments, and seldom used) with huge sun terrace for all day sunbathing, stunning mountain and sea views.
One huge attraction is the central position of this apartment, a very easy stroll takes you into the heart of this wonderful old Spanish town, boasting a glorious myrad of shops, bars and fabulous restaurants to suit every taste and pocket.

Fantastic location
Location was perfect, short walk to beach and town centre. Recommendations from host were really good. WiFi code not provided but a quick text to Mark and he responded immediately. We went as a family of adults which was perfect for us. Would recommend.

We had a fab week with a party of 6. The apartment was lovely, in a great location with easy access to all beaches and town. Mark was a great host and kept in contact regularly before and during our visit.

What a fantastic location!
Mark's flat is perfect for a holiday in Nerja. Superb location with the best of both worlds. The old town on the doorstep, a choice of beaches so close also. Burriana Beach with all of the restaurants and activities is only a short walk down the slope and you are there. The other little coves are literally a few paces from the door. In the evening head into the old town for some amazing restaurants and bars, so much to choose from. The Balcon is so close too. We got the little train to the caves which was fun and not expensive, this leaves from the town. No hire car was needed on this trip, everything is so easy to walk to from the apartment. Mark was so helpful and on the phone when needed. The little pool at the apartment is great for a cool off or go to the roof for the shared pool (we saw nobody else) and the views are amazing. The apartment was really clean and had everything you may need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms functionable. The social spaces are great too, both outdoors and in. The place is air conditioned throughout which is so important in the extreme heat. I would not hesitate to recommend this place! I would love to return. Thank you Mark!

Very pleased with our accommodation, lovely decor, comfy beds. Private pool was perfect. Such easy walking distance to the cafes,bars and beaches. Nerja a good place to stay for our family with everyone able to come and go as they pleased. Will return another time for sure.

The apartment has been in my family for over 15 years and was my parents home for many of these years, they had been visiting Nerja ever since first discovering it in 1986!
The whole family enjoy the central location, many cafe's & restaurants, nearby beaches, and quaint old town feel to the place, the famous Balcon de Europe is only a 6 minute walk away, no matter what time of year it is always a pleasure to stay in Nerja.

Why they chose this property

As mentioned above the property has been within the family for many years and when my mother decided to leave we were too reluctant to loose our contact with Nerja. Joanny's a popular restaurant with anyone that knows Nerja situated just around the corner always gives you a warm welcome. Hotel 34 is a Michelin rated restaurant on the carabeo offering al fresco dining overlooking the sea (amazing)! A short stroll away are numerous quality restaurants and bars suiting all tastes. The catholic church on the Balcon de Europe is a short stroll away making the property ideal for people attending weddings. The apartment has hosted bridal parties. The central location makes accessing all that Nerja has to offer within very easy reach, no car is needed. The property once inside is all level with no steps making it very accessible for buggies and people with mobility issues. There are 3 steps outside up to the sun terrace and pool.

What makes this property unique

A short stroll across the road brings you to a small beach, if you walk around the rocks you are now on the main Burriana beach with its water sports, canoeing, restaurants and bars. Carlos supermarket on the Carabeo will deliver groceries to the apartment prior to your arrival. The private pool is very unusual within such a central location in Nerja and you can enjoy a glass of wine late at night on the terrace with soft outside lighting and pool light. The numerous cobbled streets of Nerja surrounding the apartment are a maze of shops,bars and restaurants which we are still exploring 20 years on. The recent installation of wifi allows guests to view any language TV and access the internet for those who need it.
