About this property

The villa is fully equipped with the most modern amenities, it has three bedrooms, two on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and the third is a suite located on the top floor over viewing the ocean and the Teide. The bathrooms are dressed with marble and are spacious. There is a dining area both inside and outside the villa, a nice chill out spot by the pool, the garden has fruit trees and grass and is decorated with colourful flowers.
It is located in Santa Ana, a development surrounded by many green areas, a fruit park and an ecological vegetable garden. A coastal walk with breathtaking views to the ocean is surrounding the area, a short walk down the public stairs will take you right to the village centre where you can choose between a nice selection of restaurants, bars and little shops.
The villa is very well attended and the property manager's office is just a few meters away for any request or need you might have.

Highly recommended. Lovely light and sunny versatile well maintained villa with sea views, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, swimming pool, large garden with Weber BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV & DVD, own underground double garage etc. Ideally situated on sunny south side of La Gomera with good road links to explore the island. Conveniently located near to village of Playa de Santiago which has several good restaurants and three supermarkets but there is also a small supermarket nearby less than 5 mins walk away. Property Manager very helpful. A perfect stay and we will definitely visit again.

Perfect villa with stunning views

The villa is impressive - all the modern appliances you would expect in a top class villa. A surprise is a massive underground garage - no more rental car covered in dust or too hot to sit in! The villa layout works well with the two ground floor bedrooms and living room leading directly onto the pool and garden . The main bedroom on the 1st floor with its own balcony provides great views over the ocean.The villa was spotlessly clean, a kitchen with top range appliances and even a utility room with a washing machine. The villa is located close to Playa Santiago which we feel is the best location on the island. A well stocked shop is a short walk from the villa and restaurants can be found in Playa Santiago which can be reached via a cliff path or a short drive in the car. During our stay we explored the island - numerous well marked walks and stunning scenery. Perhaps most important was the lack of any large tourist area. The perfect holiday! Best restaurant Don Tomate Best walk Garajonay - highest point on the island All the roads on the island are well maintained and fun to drive - numerous hairpin bends and a new exciting view around each corner Only place to avoid in our view Valle Gran Rey

Schönes Haus, gute Lage

Alles war so wie im Internet versprochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Baustelle hinter dem Haus die letzten zwei Tage war störend.

Magnifique

La villa est somptueuse et fonctionnelle. Elle ne manque de rien. La vue est splendide... rien à dire de négatif si ce n’est le bruit des travaux à côté 😭... mais nous étions prévenu. Je recommande chaudement cette location.
