This delightful semi detached 3 bedroom property is situated in the Stunning area of Costa Adeje, very close to the fabulous Costs Adeje golf course. Its truly stunning furnishings throughout makes this villa stand out from the rest.

You enter the villa from ground floor level which consists of air conditioned lounge with 2 x Leather sofas and dining area which has 6 matching leather chairs and is complimented with a large widescreen plasma with British terrestorial TV channels, DVD players, Hi fi etc, there are patio doors which lead out to the stunning pool and terrace. The modern fitted Kitchen has granite work surfaces, dishwasher, oven hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and everything you need in a sophisticated home. Off the kitchen a large laundry area with washing machine and other laundry facilities. This level also provides bedroom 1 with twin beds and separate shower room with a shower cubicle. The 1st floor consists of 2 of the 3 bedrooms all with en suite. Bedroom one and two has double beds and balcony overlooking the terrace and sea views. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have superb fitted wardrobes. All En Suites consist of showers, handbasins and WC. There is also a safe installed for your private use. Wifi is available at an additional charge of £20 per week.

Please note, Air conditioning is only available between the months of May and September.

The outside of the villa has stunning sea views. The lawned terrace has 6 sun loungers with mattresses for you to use and an outdoor shower. There is outside seating under a shaded pergola with a stylish table and chairs for 6 people. The private heated pool is only heated in the winter months end October to end of April to a 28 Degrees in temperature. The pool is 8m x 3.5m in size and is 1.00 to 1.40 m in depth and has roman steps to walk into. There is also a BBQ for your enjoyment. There is a private drive at the front of the villa for those that hire a car. This remarkable villa is everything you want and more and is very good value for money. All linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack is included.

The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The manager also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. We would also like to mention that the villa is in a very quiet area therefore there is no building work going on. This remarkable villa is everything you want and more and is very good value for money. All linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack is included.

Health and Safety: What most villa renters seem to forget is the very important matter of safety. Included in our villa is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher (instructions written in English), stickers on plain glass patio doors, anti slip tiles around pool and terrace, plastic cups and plates, etc., for outdoor use, and a safety ring for swimming pool.

Our villa has been checked by electrician for any electrical defects.

The villa is often sprayed throughout with an anti insecticide.

We've just had a fantastic week at Villa Adeje Golf - grandparents, parents and toddler enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool, enormously. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. We had a warm welcome when we arrived and all the information we needed was on hand. The villa also has the following items for your use: New set of cutlery, plates, cups and saucers, plates, cereal bowls, mugs, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, various cooking utensils and bowls, several saucepans and frying pans, cooking dishes, egg cups, coriander, sharp knives and scissors, cutting board, plastic plates and cups for children and outside use. WIFI is available, if you wish to use this, please advise us on booking, there is a charge of £20 per week.

First impression of the property is great but upon closer inspection it is a little tired.

The oven and microwave have no symbols or temperature details on it so make them almost unusable.

Various little things throughout the property need attention.

Feel a little bit cheated that the address was not released until after we booked the property. If we had known how far away from everything it was we would not have booked it.

On the plus side it does look as though they are developing the area so in the future it may not feel so desolate.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments. The exterior of the villa has just been painted, in surprised you didnt notice this. The interior is due to be painted once there is a large enough gap in between bookings to do so. I wasnt aware of the dials being rubbed out on the oven, i believe there are instructions that i will put out in future. You could have asked for the address at any time, im surprised you didnt ask for it before you booked as most other guests do. Im glad that you enjoyed the stay.

Great holiday but villa needs maintenance

Spacious & clean villa with superb pool & garden.

Puzzled therefore as to why basic property maintenance aspects were clearly not being managed and had evidently been outstanding for some time - particularly as this is being advertised as a luxury villa. Simple elements such as multiple light bulbs not working in rooms, water damaged vanity unit in master suite, broken tiles, dirty BBQ and rubbish/broken furniture items dumped in driveway are just not acceptable.

We would actually return to this villa due to excellent close proximity to Caleta village & Costa Adeje (5 mins drive or half hour walk) and due to villa being spacious with super outdoor space. BUT the management team need to fix these basic - and inexcusable, easily remedied maintenance issues.

Owner's Response: Hi, Thanks for your comments. I have contacted the villa manangement. All light bulbs will be checked and replaced. BBQ will be thoroughly cleaned. The vanity unit will be looked at and will be replaced/repaired. Some of the of furniture has been replaced and dont know why it wasnt taken away, again this will be arranged. The owners would also like to mention that the normal cleaner was taken ill at the last moment before the clean and her replacement must have forgotten a couple of items, they wish to apologize for this, as normally all these items are checked.

Family holiday in tenerife

The property it's self is a nice property, nice pool area, you will need a car, supermarkets five minutes away by car, very quiet area the villa is situated. The problems we had which spoilt my mother's holiday was the bbq looked like it had never been cleaned in years so we never used after complaining nothing was done, oven in kitchen was same but even if it was clean would find hard to use as the marking had been rubbed off, chopping board in cupboard omg the smell off it was like sour milk, there where clothes in are draws in the bed room both up stairs rooms anyway, infested with tiny ants there where even in my bed and all over sofa but when my brother cleaned it there where sweets under it which told me it had not been cleaned properly, cockroaches I had none in the second bed room upstairs but my mum had them every day in the master bathroom and in down stairs bathroom reported it to be told there's nothing we can do as there climb up the wall I've stayed in tenerife villa s before with homeandaway and alway been happy and never seen anything thanks lee ps would not recommend this property

Our stay in Villa Adeje Golf in October

We had a very enjoyable stay in Tenerife and found Villa Adeje Golf to be comfortable and spacious. In an elevated position, we really enjoyed the views from the pool and terrace, and felt away from the crowds. Touring is easy with a car and the villa is well located. The villa manager was especially helpful discussing the layout and facilities of the villa to ensure the needs of our party, including one person with limited mobility, were met. Thank you. We would definitely return.

Situated just a few miles along the coast from Playa de las Americas, the small fishing village of La Caleta has in more recent years seen a boom in Hotel developments (such as the Sheraton La Caleta & the Costa Adeje Palace) and upmarket private developments, however the beautiful harbour and heart of the fishing village has been relatively untouched.

The harbour and the real La Caleta, Here you can wonder along the sea front passing the many quality fish restaurants where the local catches are prepared, cooked and served for you in traditional Canarian style

Truly a fantastic location for all your needs and with the added bonus of lovely views. Fantastic location with great views, Siam park is a 10 minute drive away along with the Aqua water park.

Car is highly recommended. The nearest Shops, Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets, etc., are a 5 minute drive away.

Golf: Costa Adeje Golf Course is an attractive course surrounded by extensive banana plantations and looking across to the beautiful island of La Gomera.

This is a top class championship course with the 2003 Spanish open being held and enjoyed here.

There are 27 holes with wide fairways and greens but lakes, gorges and bunkers positioned to protect and trap.

The clubhouse with its large terraces is very spacious and an enjoyable atmosphere for a drink or a meal after your round.
