About the property

The bungalows are situated in a quiet location close to the National Park, La Caldera de Taburiente, and have wonderful views. El Paso is only 2 kms away and Los Llanos De Aridane is 5 km away. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are 15 km away.

Each bungalow is air-conditioned and has a living room with satellite TV and a CD/DVDROM player. There are two twin-bedded bedrooms and a bathroom with hair dryer. Cots can be made available for babies if required.

The bungalows have well-equipped kitchen facilities with coffee maker, toaster and hob. Alternatively you can eat in the many local restaurants in the neighbourhood or cook on your own bungalow’s private barbecue.

Each bungalow has a safe and is protected with a burglar alarm system.

Surrounding each bungalow is a well-stocked and maintained garden. There is also a shared area of garden containing a private, solar-heated swimming pool with sun terrace and sun beds. small golf putting area and bowls and games and play area. We have a swim device which turns the pool into a lap pool or for doing exercise in the pool.

Services include cleaning and bed linen change once per week and towels are changed twice per week.

A fully insured hire car can be arranged for collection at the airport. The use of a washing machine can be arranged for a small fee.

I am a Englishman who moved to La Palma in 2006 to follow my love, who wanted to move out of England.She thought it was too cold and wanted to go back to her homeland. So here I am in La Palma renting, licensed holiday homes!

Fantastic property, stunning location

We had a fantastic 10 day stay here. The Bungalow was brilliant - clean, well equipped and a great size with its own terrace and amazing views. Although there are a few other Bungalows on the same plot (6 altogether, I think?) they feel very private (we were in no.6 and could barely see the others from our terrace). The pool was warm and we found that we pretty much had it to ourselves whilst we were there. Alan (the owner) was great, he gave us loads of useful info and was also really flexible with us regarding arriving/leaving times which really helped us out. The Bungalows are pretty central in La Palma so they were very well placed for getting to all of the places that we wanted to see. They are around a 10/15 minute walk (or few minutes drive) from the nearest town (which has a supermarket, petrol station and quite a few bars and restaurants) and around a 20 minute drive to the beaches on the west side.

Walking holiday.

This accommodation is excellent and value for money. It is clean, spacious and has good furniture and facilities. The shower is very good.

It has very good views and is in a pleasant rural location on the edge of town.

El Paso is a nice and quiete town but also has several restaurants and a supermarket.

Beaches and walking routes are easy to reach from this location.

The villa contains lots of written information on things to do, places to go, and other information.

Alan is friendly and helpful, should you need anything.

I highly recommend this property.

Nearest Airport : Spc at 35 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : La Abuela at 1.5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : La Abuela at 1.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Tazacorte or Puerta Noas at 17 Kilometres Car: recommended

La Palma is still largely unspoilt by tourism and is an ideal holiday location for walkers and cyclists.

El Paso is only 2 kms away and Los Llanos De Aridane is 5 km away. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are only 20 minutes away by car. Being centrally located, day trips to all parts of the La Palma are quite feasible. Favourite trips are to Fuencaliente in the south, Santa Cruz in the east and Puntagorda, Barlovento and La Palma's famous observatory at Los Muchachos in the north.
