A great holiday you don't need a car, however, we do provide car space but at an extra charge not included in the rental price.

Set in one of the most exclusive areas of Sliema, this apartment is a fantastic option for anyone who wishes to experience the true beauty of the Maltese islands, while still saving some Euros. Albeit being economically friendly, this apartment offers all the facilities one might need for a truly superb holiday experience. The location of this charming apartment is a major asset – it is located literally around the corner from the renowned Sliema Promenade, being enviably walking distance away from restaurants, bars and also from Malta’s largest shopping centre, Tigne Point. For the more adventurous - a sunny, rocky beach is located just downhill from this Shopping Centre, and thus just a short walk away from the apartment.

The apartment itself has a vintage feel to it, with traditional Maltese high ceilings which give it a grandiose aura. The open plan kitchen, dining room and living area make the most out of the space, while also being practical and well-equipped, making it ideal for cooking home-cooked meals. This area leads you to a small back-balcony, ideal for hanging out any washing to dry, or just taking in some fresh air with your morning coffee. The master bedroom is fully air-conditioned, and provides a well-needed resting space after your Maltese adventures. The bathroom comes with a full-size bath-tub, which in itself is equipped with a shower. We provide you with bath towels and linen, so there is no need to carry any extra baggage whatsoever. The apartment also comes with a washing machine, and we offer complementary Wifi internet service throughout. The building is also furnished with an elevator, so no need to worry about going up long flights of stairs!

Being as central as it is, this apartment is an ideal base for anyone who wishes to still enjoy the many treasures of our islands, while not breaking the bank. Having every amenity you might need at walking distance also lessens commutes for daily chores, and leaves more time for exploring. We had a fantastic time in Malta. The apartment was is a great location close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Sliema. The air conditioning was a very welcome feature! The apartment has a small balcony which, while doesn't have any views, was perfect for evening drinks and drying clothes. The process of booking the apartment was very smooth and easy - we were met by Rachel when we arrived who gave us great information about what to do and where everything was. The owner also kindly booked us return airport transfers which made arriving and departing incredibly easy. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice if there were coffee making facilities. Definitely do consider staying here, I highly reccommend it and we'd gladly come back.

  • Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
    Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

    A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

    Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
  • Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
    - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
    - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
    - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
    - 300KWh- for villas

    free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

    Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
  • Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
    Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

    Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
