Paradise in the city. Executive Buckhead home with private pool, cabana, outdoor fireplace/screened in porch. Located 6 mins from Phipps Plaza/Lenox Mall. Monthly rentals available. Property does not book more than 3 months in advance unless it's a monthly rental. This 5-bedroom home is approx. 4200 square feet with a private backyard and infinity edge pool. Fully equipped modern kitchen with off street parking for 5 cars in driveway. Three bedrooms are located on main level and two upstairs with their own living area. Master bedroom with luxury master bath is a retreat overlooking the pool. Screened in porch and mosquito free backyard with gas grill. Pool is open year-round; renter has option to pay an additional amount of $50 per night to heat the pool during winter. Renters must sign an additional owner's agreement.

Beautiful spacious home and groungs

This home was lovely and the owner easy to work with. We had an intimate group of friends gather to fellowship, renew and rest in a cozy, yet spacious space. The house was well decorated with nice, artistic touches. The kitchen was perfect for those who enjoy cooking and connecting. The flow of the home made it easily accessible for all to freely move about while still gifting ample privacy. The sunroom and patio are where we spent the bulk of our time, as the yard is a site to see! Well-groomed and cared-for, this is a sweet little oasis to those who want to connect with each other AND the outdoors. Plenty of room (inside AND out) for everyone to enjoy connecting as a group with several options on where to do it, but also cozy in our individual corners. The linens/bedding were top notch, the kitchen well stocked for use and the home nestled amidst a dreamy neighborhood that's worth the slow Sunday drive on your way out. We've already been dreaming up another stay and didn't hesitate to pass this listing on to others.
