Avalon Apartment

Had a really good holiday. Very nice pool, lots of places of interest not too far away. Clearwater beach is great, only 5 miles away. certainly recommend this apartment.

Everything as described in the listing. All the amenities, cutlery, crockery etc. were adequate for our entire 19 night stay. Three minor points which could be improved. The bed was rather soft in the middle and rather creaky, which tended to interrupt a good nights sleep. In the lounge area, the seating had rather badly fitting loose covers which were just simply annoying as they tended to ruck .In the kitchen, the hot tap has the hot/cold polarity the wrong way around. But these minor points did not detract from an enjoyable stay.

Nice stay at the Avalon

Our condo was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. The host was very attentive and helpful with all needed information. As we have stayed previously at the Avalon, it is appropriate to compare our unit to others we've had. I would put this unit at the top of the list, as it had every convenience and looked very nice.
