Pleasant stay
Great communication from the owner and a warm welcome, with lots of provisions in the spotlessly clean apartment. Location is very close to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops very close. Apartment is at the quiet end of town, but still some noise from late night revellers and traffic. Nice pool, which was never busy. Apartment is well equipped, but a couple of points where it could be improved in our opinion. Easy one to rectify would be a kettle (probably more applicable to tea drinking Brits). Second, it needs more pillows on the bed. There was only one long pillow on the double
Bed so needed to pinch cushions from sofa. Also, and appreciate a personal thing, we found the beds uncomfortable and the double is only standard size.
Issues with hot water were resolved quickly, but suggest instructions on how to relight boiler need to be left, if pilot goes out.
Salou is a far busier resort than we are use to, so not really one for us again, but enjoyed a nice few days on the beach and this was definitely one of the nicest apartments we saw.
