About the property

2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 15 minutes to the West End

Live like a Londoner. The flat has its own entrance as originally it was a corner shop.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen is at ground level with a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, if you wish. It has an oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. There are two stools for eating at a counter.

A few steps down to the two bedrooms and shower room (with toilet and basin) and en suite bathroom (Shower over tub, basin, toilet and bidet).

The master bedroom, with en suite, can be arranged as a King bed (6ft wide) or as two extra long twin beds. It opens onto a small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a evening drink. Smoking is allowed on the patio.

The other bedroom has a Queen bed (5 1/2 ft wide bed).

The living room has two sofas, one of which has a small double sofa bed.

The dining room seats 6.

The entire flat is about 900 ft 2 (80 square meters).

This is a non-smoking, non-pet flat.

We provide some items for your arrival but you will probably have to get more, especially for stays of more than a few days. Items include shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, oil & vinegar.

We have a crib and high chair for use at no charge, upon request. Due to the nature of the decoration, the flat is okay for 2-5 year olds only if they are well behaved. It'll save you from constantly running after them.

Why Joel Schweitzer chose Westminster and West End

The flat used to be a corner shop. It still has the stained glass windows with farm scenes. As I grew up on a dairy farm there was some resonance for me.

I was looking for a project and this house had to be completely redone. I have enjoyed doing it up, while learning the history of the area and the type of construction typical to London in the mid-19th century.

What makes this apartment unique

You'll like the location as it is central to the best parts of London. The area is quiet and residential but close to shops and restaurants.

We hope you, like other guests, will feel very comfortable in a flat that is like a home, much more than a rental flat or a hotel room.

We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!!! Flat is very nice and So comfortable! Had everything we needed and thought the location was very convenient! Loved our walk to Paddington Station. So easy! Our hosts were so gracious... we loved meeting them and will definitely book again if lucky enough to get back to London. Thank you!!!

We LOVED this flat!

We loved this flat in the Little Venice/Paddington area of London. Not only was it super cute & well equipped but it was in a very convenient spot for the Tube & Heathrow Express. The owner & manager were very attentive to detail and very easy to reach (if needed) before, during and after travel. It was perfect for our family of four (including 2 teens). Thank you for a great trip!

Fantastic Flat

Perfect for our foursome. It is decorated beautifully. Having two bathrooms is a real plus. It is within walking distance to Paddington Station, restaurants, grocery stores. It is very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. Kitchen is well appointed.

Joel was very helpful in seeing that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Will stay again when I return to London.

Recommend The nearby Lebanese restaurant. There is a Starbucks and a very quaint restaurant called the Bay Water. It is on a boat in the canal with indoor and outdoor seating. All within walking distance.

Cannot recommend this flat too highly.

Perfect London apartment for week stay

The apartment was perfect for our family, including two young adult daughters, for a week. Joel is very helpful with sending travel information prior to our stay, as well as recommendations for car service from Heathrow, restaurants in the area and places to pick up a quick meal to bring home. We loved the quiet residential area, while being steps from Paddington Station with access to trains and major subway lines. The apartment is lovely, with modern kitchen, roomy bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The living/dining area offers room for everyone to relax after long days touring the city. We loved our visit to London and hope to return soon.

Lovely flat, convenient location

We had a great stay in Joel and Nacho's flat. It is beautifully decorated, quiet and lots of conveniences. Two teenagers happily shared the master bedroom set up with twin beds. Groceries and coffee are close by and it's an easy walk to Edgware Road station which is the one we used every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved It!

Loved staying in this flat, really felt like coming home. A sanctuary after big days (and nights) out in London. We mostly used the tube, a few minutes walk to both Paddington and Edgeware Rd stations. We used 7-day travel cards which also gave us lots of 2-4-1 deals to attractions. M&S, Sainsbury's and Waitrose all convenient. We often picked up something to heat in the oven for dinner on our way home. Very comfortable for family of 4, including 18 & 21yr-old sons - lots of TV stations for a night in. Good Wi-Fi. Big bonus being able to separate king size bed into 2 singles, and having 2 bathrooms. Owner great to deal with, very helpful. Used the car service recommended by owner to Heathrow - punctual and for 4 of us very cost-effective. And just in case you're a cricket tragic, this flat is only 15 mins walk to Lord's!

Easy access from Heathrow airport as the Heathrow Express or Connect arrive at Paddington Station. We are a 5 minute walk from there. Other airports accessible with underground, train or bus connections. Underground stations are 5 minutes walk away.

The area is a leafy residential area with canals and shops.
