Village House Full of Ambiance in la Garde Freinet, Close to St Tropez.

This village house is located on the charming Place du Marche in the village La Garde Freinet, set in the mountains above St Tropez and St Maxime. The house is from 1800 and has a kitchen and dining room on the entrance floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with three beds and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom also ha Miele washing machine and dryer. On the second floor the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large living room with a mezzanine floor is located. The third floor contains the guest room and the terrace.

The village has a strategic position and is great for excursions in the bay of St Tropez as well as golf courses and tennis clubs and beaches. It is also a great place for walks, bicycle rides and scenic drives. The village offers markets twice weekly, restaurants, butchers and bakeries, as well as small grocery stores.

Une maison avec beaucoup de charme et d'âme mais qui aurait réellement besoin d'être mieux équipée, notamment au niveau de la cuisine et surtout rénovée (électricité, salles de bains) pour la location. Si vous recherchez le calme absolu, la proximité des restaurants sous les fenêtres peut être gênante. Il aurait été également sympathique que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée. La Garde Freinet est un très beau village qui a su garder son authenticité.

Charming Village House in La Garde Freinet - Close to St Tropez.

In the charming village of La Garde Freinet, not far from St Maxime and St Tropez, you can live a relaxing village life. This includes visiting the twice weekly market, walking the nearby beautiful trails in the mountains or riding your bicycle. The village is vibrant with two butchers, two bakeries and two small grocery stores. The village has a public pool, open seasonally. There is also a selection of charming cafés and restaurants. You can choose to stay calm and quiet in the village or drive down the mountain to the coast and you arrive either to Beauvallon and St Maxime with public and private beaches, restaurants, tennis clubs and golf courses. Or head to St Tropez with its world class Pampelonne beach and fantastic village and harbour.

The house has a great location in the village with mountain and church views. Three bedrooms, sleeps 6 comfortably. Two bathrooms. Charming kitchen and dining area, seats 8. Mezzanine living room and beautiful terrace. This is a house full of French ambiance. The location is strategic for visits at nearby St Maxime, St Tropez, La Croix Valmer, or just simply the beautiful mountains around the charming village.
