'La Ginestra' is a beautiful semi-detached villa on the turquoise waters of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. The unique location of this villa allows you to enjoy a wonderful holiday with family or friends. In this house you can sunbathe, swim, fish and relax by the sea from the garden. The villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The house consists of a large and bright living, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. The lounge and all rooms are equipped with LCD digital TV and all the accessories that can make your stay pleasant and relaxing. The house is tastefully decorated in the local style. More specifically, lounge and terrace are furnished with elegant wooden tables and comfortable chairs where you can eat quietly enjoying a magnificent view of the sea. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace makes the room warm and romantic. In the private garden of Mediterranean there are deck chairs, comfortable chairs and a relaxing hammock. In the garden there is a barbecue grill stone with which you can enjoy an evening on the beach drinking a good glass of 'Vermentino' (a local wine) with your loved ones and friends. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and everything you need to cook any kind of dish. The house is on two levels. Downstairs there is a lovely room with double bed and bathroom. The bedroom overlooks the sea and has direct access to the private garden. Downstairs there is also a place where you will find the washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and all the accessories for the garden. On the upper floor there is a kitchen, living room, large terrace and two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds. In the second bedroom there is a double sofa bed beautiful.
Furthermore, on the lower floor there is a further double bedroom with bathroom and an extraordinary sea view.
The room offers maximum privacy by having an independent access from the garden.

Wonderful property and view - absolutely stunning!

We enjoyed a week at the villa towards the end of April. The setting, scenery and views are even better than the photos of the property. It was a perfect base for us to explore the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and beautiful beaches) as well as historical sites in Arazchena. Golfo Aranci is also convenient for food, ice cream and boat tours. It was great to see some of the beauty of the island but the real joy was having access to the sea at the bottom of the garden. That view would never get old! We also walked along a path from the villa (2 minutes) to a small secluded and lovely beach, that we were able to enjoy as our own! The villa was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our home from home. Giorgio was friendly and polite and all of our interactions were first class. He gave us all the information we needed for our stay and was prompt and professional with all his responses. We had a few days of variable weather but we used our hire car to visit some tourist attractions further from the villa and sample some local cuisine. I cannot recommend Villa La Ginestra highly enough, I could have sat on the veranda all day, just looking at the view. We even saw a dolphin whilst having breakfast one morning.

We stayed at this property mid October, for a week, and we wish we could stay a little longer... A family of three, two adults and a teenager. It is a lovely old house , very well maintained, spacious,equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It looks better than the pictures, and the location is spot on! The garden is huge, with a beautiful views , sun chairs , sun beds, and a hammock . There is a shed in the garden as well, with spare beach shoes and toys , so useful! The whole house has a home feeling, and that's priceless from our point of view. Regardless the location in Sardinia, what we found is that you must rent a car in order to benefit of freedom of moving around. And better rent it straight away from the airport, one way to the location only is 60euro, by taxi, just to have an idea about the prices. If you want to stay local, there is a small supermarket not far from and few seasonal restaurants, but late October not much around , so a car really makes the difference. I'm sure the house can be heated if needed, for us was just fine without. The internet was great for the first three days only , possibly poor signal in that area, we had to use our data . One of the double bedrooms with bathroom has a completely separated entrance from the house, keep in mind when booking a large family ,or ask for details . Giorgio, the owner, is a very nice host, always replying and so polite and helpful ! Highly recommended property.

The house seems as if it is the family home! The owner just took his personal clothes and left the rest of the house, you need for nothing. Ther owner is also a very good artist! His painting are all on the weall around the house.

Delightful private accommodation a few steps from the sea.

Villa la Ginestra is perfect for those who enjoy swimming off the rocks. The sea is literally a few steps down from the villa at the end of a delightful garden. That is spacious and provides a peaceful environment in which to relax. From it and the veranda there are beautiful views across the bay with the changing light on the islands, and movement of ferries, and numerous yachts adding interest. The place is well set up for outdoor living and inside is attractive and comfortable with everything one needs for self catering. We were there at the end of July and would have appreciated the use of fans on the nights when the breeze dropped. There is a very well stocked supermarket 5/10 mins walk away and the local town centre is another 10/15 mins with bars, cafes and restaurants. A couple of safe sandy beaches are 10 mins on foot from the villa. These were busy. Further afield are some beautiful coves for swimming from. A car is needed if you want to explore beyond Golfo Aranci. The place was ideal for us, a family of 4 adults. The people we met were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return.
