The perfect place to stay in St Andrews

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for three days with a group of friends from our University days back in 1974. We were all very impressed with the standard of accommodation and with the location. We thought that the property was good value and would be happy to recommend it to others.

Family get together

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from our second stay at this lovely property where we enjoyed a family get together. This is a lovely well appointed home which provides sufficient refined accommodation and a very well appointed kitchen to allow you to enjoy a great family event. With its central location all of St Andrews many cultural and entertainment attractions and shops are within easy walking distance. We could not conclude this review without commenting on the great warmth and humour of Tom who takes time and care to introduce you to your "new home". We had a great stay.

Wonderful Family Christmas Holiday Stay

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful property. The home is so lovely, well appointed, spacious for our family of 6, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic! Just a block from the amazing St. Andrew's cathedral and castle! Easy few minute walk to Market Street where you will find a grocery, shops, and many restaurants. We also loved Morrison's grocery which Tom Recommended. It was just a short drive. Also Balgrove Larder is as you enter St. Andrews is an amazing farm to table grocery where you can find wonderful fresh bread, cheeses, wine and beer, and beautiful selections of beef, poultry, and lamb among other things. We were there for Christmas holidays, but the property is perfect for golfers as well, even having bag racks in the kitchen! June was very easy and very accommodating to work with. She was very prompt in responding to my emails and was very helpful with any questions we had. We did payment via paypal and it was super easy. June was also so lovely to have had a Christmas tree put up for us as we were staying over the holiday! She even had wine and treats waiting for us upon arrival! Tom and Liz, who greeted us at the property, were so delightful and available for any issues with our stay. Our family had a memorable and wonderful holiday stay at this property and would love to return!

Phenomenal golf weekend for 8 guys

  • 5 of 5

They couldn't have been more accommodating to our early arrival from the states. Just a great quaint house with all the amenities you could hope for. Sleeps 8 men very comfortably for a long golf weekend. This was a great home base that is beautiful yet historic. Very convenient walk to Royal and Ancient as well as main area of St. Andrews. Zero complaints from our entire group.

Fantastic golf vacation home!

  • 5 of 5

We were eight Canadians traveling to the home of golf for a once in a lifetime pilgrimage. This home was perfect for us. As the organizer of the trip, I was given 5 stars by my group for this wonderfully appointed, modern (yet charming) home that was only 5 minutes walk to anywhere you want to go in St Andrews. We had an executive chef as part of the group (golfing with us, not our cook per se) and he loved the large kitchen with all the amenities. The four bedrooms were spacious enough and comfortable. four fully appointed bathrooms were appreciated when 8 men had to get ready to go out the door quickly. The back yard is charming and peaceful. The den, with satellite TV and good Wi-Fi was a gathering place as well. We all fell in love with St Andrews and we equally fell in love with the home. It simply felt like our home. I hope we return again. If we do, I am calling June!
