Just step outside and you will see the ruin of St Andrews Castle, main residence of the bishops and archbishops of St Andrews and round the corner is the majestic remains of Scotland’s largest and most magnificent church Cathedral. Less than 5 minutes from east sands beach and harbour.

Set over 3 floors, this beautiful house comprises of sitting room, TV room, kitchen, dining room, private walled garden, 3 en suite shower rooms, 1 shower room, master bedroom with super king bed, 3 twin bedded rooms.

It has been decorated to a very high standard throughout with all new furnishings and fittings. This house is fantastic for graduations, weddings, reunions, golf or of course a wonderful family holiday.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location!

The house was immaculately presented on arrival. Each room was beautifully decorated and furnished and lots of thought has gone in to the needs of visitors (from slippers to logs for the wood burner to toiletries in the bathrooms to wine/tea/coffee in the kitchen!) The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure levels and nice hot water! The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the range master. We sat out in the lovely garden and enjoyed the sunshine. We were able to park nearby for free. The location is fantastic as we were able to walk to the shops, restaurant and beach easily. We had such a wonderful break and will definitely be back!! We would recommend this property to everyone. You won't be disappointed. Thank you!

Lovely house and great location

House was nicely decorated, well-equipped and very tidy. House is located near to the sea which we found very pleasant. Communication with owner was easy and we got quick replys to all our questions. Overall our stay in St Andrews went very well.

Superb Property

Great property for a large party of golfers. Very well equipped, had fun eating in and eating out. Close to town centre, everything within walking distance. The house itself is furnished to a high standard and well presented with added extras e.g Sonos. I have stayed in a number of self catering properties in St Andrews and elsewhere, this ranks in our top 5. No need to panic about parking either. Our party had three cars and we were always able to find parking spaces close to the property.

Wonderful home in the heart of St. Andrews

We loved 14 S. Castle Street!! We were met by David who was extremely welcoming and thoroughly explained the features of the home. The hosts provided starter food/bev so that if you come in late, you have something to get you started in the morning. The home is just steps from the two main shopping/dining streets in the center of S.A. We were 4 golfers and the home perfectly met our needs, and could accommodate several more guests if spouses were along. The home has very new bathroom and kitchen fixturing, appliances, bedding and so on and was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully-stocked with utensils, small appliances and so on and has a gourmet gas range/oven. There are several common areas for socializing - outdoor patio/garden, living room, dining room and bonus/TV room. Overall, the home was superbly furnished. We would not hesitate in recommending 14 S. Castle and would stay there again if we return to S.A. - Thank you for making our trip very special! - V.G.

Delightful, well-appointed home

We stayed in this lovely house for the duration of our son's wedding celebrations. It is extremely comfortable and well-equipped and in a quiet street that is perfectly located for both St. Andrew's amenities and its romantic ruined Castle and Cathedral. We would highly recommend it as a base for any sort of holiday in the area.
