Brand new luxury apartment. Tastefully, decorated in a modern, practical and functional style. Located in the Centre of the Town, in a 2nd floor of a building of recent construction, in the street of Cairasco. A few meters of the Plaza Weyler and the tram stop of the same name, as well as of the Military Government, the Town Hall and the street of the Castle, the city's commercial area. Very close to the Centre Health and Social-Services Santa Cruz and to the Centre of Health Dr. Guigou and the Park Clinic. Suitable for people with reduced mobility to a moderate degree (accessible for people in wheelchairs).

The apartment does not terrace or balcony, but has a large window in the living-dining room with views to the Cairasco and Galcerán Street and to the mountains that surrounding the capital. The kitchen is also exterior and with the same panoramic. The two bedrooms are bright and overlook a small and quiet courtyard. The bathrooms are interior.

Las Gaviotas beach is below Las Teresitas beach, but has a more complicated access.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a city of 222.271 inhabitants (2011) and has the typical services of a Spanish capital of provinces of medium type.

From the Central Bus Exchanger (Intercambiador) in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, depart buses for all the Towns of the Island (the official Transports Company is TITSA).

Also you can go to the apartment from the Airport by taxi. You can hire this service from home. This service, it’s easy and safe, although obviously it’s a little bit more expensive!. The price from Tenerife South Airport to the apartment is around 78.00 euros (for more info, please contact with the owner).

In any case, the best way to visit Tenerife is renting a car (not are expensive in comparison with other tourist locations).

We can't recommend a car rental company in particular, but you could calculate on-line a quote for your stay (for more info, please contact with the owner).

Please keep in mind that a car will allow you to have many possibilities, because Tenerife is an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean (known as the Island of Eternal Spring) and 'find' good weather and a 'summer' temperature, even in the month of January, can be a matter of a few kilometers.

Beautiful Apartment & Great location

We chose this property based on the listing description and we were not disappointed. The apartment was exactly as it appears on the website. The location is in the heart of Santa Cruz (the city) within walking distance of supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. It is also a one minute walk to the trolley which can take you as far as La Laguna for a very cheap ticket. The apartment was immaculately clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with any kitchen appliance you could think of. There was also plenty of linens and towels for a family of four. I want to thank Carlos for providing such a great customer service. He was so detailed in all of his correspondence and his direction from the airport to the apartment were amazing. He also provided great recommendation for places to eat nearby. Overall, this was a great experience. I wish my apartment back home was as beautiful as this one in Tenerife! I highly recommend this property!

Appartamento a 5 stelle. Al nostro arrivo la gentile sig.ra Maria ci ha accolto e mostrato l'appartamento che è esattamente come nelle immagini. Grande soggiorno, ampia cucina, 2 camere e 2 bagni di generose dimensioni. Zona giorno molto luminosa e WIFI velocissimo, davvero eccellente. Unico piccolo neo, ma trascurabile, è il rumore della strada se si tengono le finestre aperte ma basta chiudere i vetri e tutto torna tranquillo e ovattato. Nessuna critica da fare, tutto molto bello.

L' appartamento si trova proprio a due passi dal centro, a 50 metri della metro 1, a pochi passi da tutto. Assolutamente consigliato!
