The apartment is an attic that is located in a 6th floor (with lift) in the Rambla Santa Cruz (former Rambla General Franco), one of the main streets of the capital. It is very bright and quiet, decorated with taste in a practical and functional style. In their small terrace you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast or an intimate dinner, as well as contemplate a broad perspective of the upper part of the capital. Near to the tram stop Plaza de la Paz, the Plaza de Toros and different hospitals: Clínica Capote, Clínica Santa Cruz, Clínica Parque and Clínica Hospiten Rambla.

The apartment has a small terrace with access from the lounge, with views over the roofs of the high part of the city and also to the mountains that surrounding the capital. The kitchen has the same panoramic views. The bedrooms are bright and overlook a small and quiet courtyard. The bathroom is interior.

Las Teresitas white sand beach and San Andres fishing village are 11 kms.

Las Gaviotas beach is below Las Teresitas beach, but has a more complicated access.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a city of 222.271 inhabitants (2011) and has the typical services of a Spanish capital of provinces of medium type.

From the Central Bus Exchanger (Intercambiador) in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, depart buses for all the Towns of the Island (the official Transports Company is TITSA).

Also you can go to the apartment from the Airport by taxi. You can hire this service from home. This service, it’s easy and safe, although obviously it’s a little bit more expensive!. The price from Tenerife South Airport to the apartment is around 78.00 euros (for more info, please contact with the owner).

In any case, the best way to visit Tenerife is renting a car (not are expensive in comparison with other tourist locations).

We can't recommend a car rental company in particular, but you could calculate on-line a quote for your stay (for more info, please contact with the owner).

Please keep in mind that a car will allow you to have many possibilities, because Tenerife is an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean (known as the Island of Eternal Spring) and 'find' good weather and a 'summer' temperature, even in the month of January, can be a matter of a few kilometers.

Perfect apartment, perfect location.

The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for our break. We live on a small village with no facilities and having everything on the doorstep was great. Everything in the apartment was as described and Carlos and his on site team were friendly and very helpful. The weather wasn't brilliant but we were out every day enjoying the city and exploring using the excellent public transport. I can't think of any downsides to this apartment, we would love to use it again for a longer holiday. Thank you Carlos.

Ottimo appartamento a santa cruz cenrtrale.

La settimana trascorsa a Tenerife, per il carnevale, e' stata davvero piacevole : clima meraviglioso, bella gente e carnevale stupefacente ( a ragione ritenuto il secondo al mondo ). Siamo stati fortunati a trovare libero l' appartamento che e' situato in zona centrale a Santa Cruz. In quest' attico vi si accede tramite ascensore e si trova su una delle arterie principali della citta': la Rambla .Effettivamente le aspettative non sono state disattese. Difatti nelle vicinaze vi era di tutto: supermercati, bar, banche ecc ecc. Nell' appartamento/ attico vi abbiamo soggiornato in quattro persone ( due coppie ) in maniera molto confortevole. Munito di connessione WIFI e di tv. La cucina, che abbiamo utilizzato alcune volte e' munita di tutti gli elettrodomestici che necessitano per un uso quotidiano ( frigo, ripiano cottura elettrico, forno a microonde, tostapane ecc ecc ). Abbiamo utilizzato anche il garage per l' auto presa a noleggio. Il propietario, Carlos, che purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente, si e' dimostrato comunque sempre disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi che sarebbero emersi.......... Ma fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla. Comunque ottimo comunicatore!!!

In poche parole : Appartamento che consigliero' agli amici per una rilassante vacanza a Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Hola' Carlos e grazie ancora !!!!!

Geräumige, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung in einer quirligen, bunten Stadt

Das Appartement ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt relativ zentral in der quirligen Hauptstadt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin übers Handy war bestens, sie hat uns gut vom Flugplatz zum Appartement gelotst. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Der PKW-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war äußerst nützlich. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

The best host of the world !!

Nous avons choisi avant tout cette location pour sa localisation. Pour un voyage en janvier, pensez à prendre une location en bord de mer, il fait vite frais en altitude. Appartement spacieux et propre.

La place de parking est vraiment appréciable, surtout à Santa Cruz. L'emplacement sur le rambla est idéal pour rejoindre rapidement la TF-1. Le tram est à 100m si besoin et les commerces et resto pas très loin.

Nous n'avons pas vraiment utilisé la petite terrasse à cette période, en revanche le chauffage d'appoint est un vrai plus, c'est à priori très rare sur l'île, et une garantie de sécher rapidement son linge.

Niveau équipement/consommables de l'appartement, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin : café, lessive, savon.

Si vous avez un probleme et meme si c estbde votre faute, vous pouvez compter sur Pilar !! Après une étourderie en claquant la porte avec, clef à l'intérieur dans la serrure nous étions coinces dehors... un message a Pilar et tout est rentré dans l'ordre dans la demi journée. Nous sommes allé nous baladé en ville et le problème était résolu à notre retour, sans frais supplémentaires.

En journee, l'ascenseur situé juste derrière la porte d entree peut se faire entendre mais il n'est pas très utilisé la nuit.

Pilar est exceptionnelle !

Great apartment, centrally located.

Light and spacious. Spotless clean. Very well equipped with all you need - and more. You are not disturbed from the traffic as you are on the 6. floor.

Walking distance to everything in the city. Or you kan take the tramp near by or busses just down at the street. Fresh bread for your breakfast 2-3 doors away. Good restaurants in the area.

We got lots of informations and the communication with the owner could not be better.

We can highly recommend this flat and its owner

Apartamento ámplio, acogedor, cómodo, reservado y funcional en el centro de S/C. Están previstos y disponibles todos los pequeños detalles que permiten disfrutar de unas vacaciones despreocupadamente. Carlos, el propietario, es una persona muy atenta y resolutiva que estará al tanto de cualquier percance o del mínimo inconveniente que pueda surgir. Servicio muy profesional.
