Charming cozy cottage in the beautiful heritage district of downtown Kelowna. (Abbott Street corridor)
We are just a few steps to Okanagan Lake and Kelowna City Park.
A short walk along the scenic boardwalk will take you to vibrant downtown Kelowna where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, shopping, casino, outdoor skating and access to many other activities and entertainment.
After your day of activities you can relax on your own private patio backing onto Mill Creek.
We are a 10 min walk to Kelowna General Hospital.
Because of our central location, we are an easy drive to many Wineries, Golf courses, biking & hiking trails etc.
This cottage is all about the comfort and location.
We offer free wifi, access to yard with BBQ and parking.

Perfect Location for Walking!

Our family has two teens and we loved walking to City Park Beach every day. The boys parasailed and swam and we enjoyed concerts in the park. The house provided more than we anticipated: beach towels, condiments, Netflix, shampoo/conditioner, and the most comfortable queen bed and linens! We would book here again for sure. Terry is an excellent landlord.

Awesome location

Awesome location, just steps from the beach and to downtown. The place was spotless and very well equipped. The air conditioning was a nice reprieve from the heat. Terry and Dale were friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for an awesome stay. Would definitely come back.
