Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known all over the world !!
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings on site possible with a view of Bird Island !!
You can also visit the riverside "La gironde" with these squares and small restaurants called "guinguettes". The multiple morning markets in Soulac / mer and Montalivet will be a good time to spend with the family.
Without forgetting all the night markets nearby (less than 5 KM) where you can taste the local products in music !!!!!

Everything we expected

This was a beautiful property and fulfilled our expectations. There was just 2 of us. Although the property sleeps up to 8 people I would think it a little small for that number of people especially if the weather is inclement, and you were unable to spend much time out doors. The garden, pool area and jacuzzi are stunning and completely private. Excellent, bathroom drench shower. Modern kitchen and the whole property has been decorated to a high standard. We would highly recommend this property.

Haus mit Pool

Schlicht eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Pool in mäßiger Lage. Küche leider sehr spärlich ausgestattet und sehr einfach gebaut, Bad ebenso. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und man kann dort in Ruhe ausspannen.

Excellent séjour

Très satisfaits d'un séjour passé en famille à l'été 2022, dans une autre maison de ce propriétaire, nous avons retenter l'expérience pour 3semaines cette année. Le résultat est identique. Nous sommes tous les 4 satisfaits de notre séjour. Que ce soit la maison, la piscine, le jacuzzi, la terrasse, la localisation, tout était impeccable. Nous y reviendrons un jour. Ça s'est sûr.

Super Séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis, Sylvain est très souriant, disponible et arrangeant. Le logement est propre spacieux et climatisé, le tout situé dans un environnement calme et reposant.
