This huge, modern 3-storey house, centrally located in Bournemouth, has 10 separate bedrooms and a total sleeping capacity of 26.

The house is only 250 metres away from the only artificial surf reef in the northern hemisphere, the multimillion pound surf reef and coastal activity park at Boscombe Pier and beach. So you could be swimming, surfing, kayaking, fishing, snorkelling and sunbathing at this truly delightful beach with just a short 5 minute walk. Bournemouth town centre is less than two miles away and you can walk to Bournemouth pier, along the sea front, in around 30 minutes, or in under 8 minutes by car.

The house is a available as a self catering accommodation for large groups such as multiple family, stag and hen, groups of friends, diving, sailing, rock climbing, fishing, coast walker's, cycling etc


The house is equipped with 10 separate bedrooms and sleeps up to 26 people. All beds are modern and comfortable and can be arranged as either singles or doubles. This is great if your group is a mix of couples and individuals and means you can configure the sleeping arrangements to suit your groups exact requirements. You could have any sleeping set up you like ranging from 26 single beds to any combination of doubles and singles.


Every single one of the 10 bedrooms is fully equipped with modern comfortable divan beds, luxury cotton bed linen and towels, sink with hot and cold water, mirror, modern LCD TV with Freeview, hi-speed internet access points, smoke alarm.


The house has two large fully equipped kitchens so that you can cook your own meals with ease. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Kitchen 1 has a large range oven with 8 burner gas hob & 4 separate ovens, microwave, kettle, two toasters, large 270 litre upright freezer and separate 220 litre fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, huge range of pots/pans, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery etc.

Kitchen 2 has a standard oven with 4 burner gas hob & 2 separate ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster, 300 litre built in fridge/freezer, pots/pans, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery etc.


The bright conservatory dining room looks out onto the rear garden and provides the perfect space for all your dining requirements.


At the end of a hot day at the beach you can unwind in the comfortable lounge room with LCD TV and all the SKY channels to keep you entertained. There is also WIFI on the ground floor so bring your laptops. (All bedrooms have wired internet ports and we provide ethernet cables)


The house has a large, low maintenance, fully decked rear garden. This contains 5 large picnic benches, seating up to 30 guests, as well as several charcoal barbecues. It's perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing. The rear garden also contains sun loungers for relaxing. and a table tennis table and table football for those that want some outdoor fun.


The house has a large driveway that can fit up to 6 cars. There is also free parking on the street within a short walk of the house.


The house is strictly no smoking and contains a full fire alarm system and smoke detectors throughout. Smoking is permitted in the rear garden and cigarette bins are provided.

Fantastic hen house

We were there for a hen weekend and we had a fantastic time. The photos don't do this house justice at all, everything is much bigger and more spacious than you expect. There were 22 of us and it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other - there's lots of space and two kitchens which was amazing when we had lots of food and drink to store. The outside garden space is fab and there's plenty of space to cook and entertain in the house. It's really well equipped too, tonnes of glasses and crockery and even shot glasses! It's a fab location too, close enough to get into Bournemouth and the train station and 10mins walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend for group booking or hen/stag weekend.

Perfect Hen House !!

My group of Hens and I stayed here for my hen weekend and it was completely perfect !!! The house is huge and really well decorated and kept!! (The photos do not do it justice) !! Patrick (The owner) was brilliant from booking till the end of the weekend!! Really easy to get hold of and communicate with and was happy to help where ever he could, genuinely wanting us to have a fantastic weekend !! making it stress free and easy !! :) I have had the best weekend ever and the house certainly played a huge part in that all the girls couldn't believe how brilliant the house was !!! I would recommend it to everyone !!! :) :)

Fantastic Property

Cannot fault the service provided! We arrived late on Friday evening and had the keys waiting for us. When two of the guests locked themselves out of their room, there was someone on the end of the phone to help out, once said keys weren't located they came out first thing in the morning to rectify the problem.

In terms of the property it is exactly what we were after, really made the trip. Thank You!!

Great location

Fantastic house for stag do

There were 10 of us staying in the house and we had bags of room. The property has ample parking, is close to Bournemouth and is well equipped. It was perfect for our stag do, and we all had a great time here. Would definitely recommend

Perfect for a large group weekend stay

This was just what we were looking for, a large property not too far from the beach and a short distance from town (20/25 min walk or 5 min taxi). The house was clean with plenty of rooms to sleep the 20+ people we had staying (worked out about 3 to a room). The Landlord/owner was very helpful prior to the stay and the house manager lives across the road so was able to show us around and provide any assistance.

Note that it is a residential street and therefore excessive noise especially late at night is not welcomed (which is understandable).

Would recommend for a stag/hen weekend away in Bournemouth

CAR: Our property is about 5 minutes off of the A338, which is the main spur road into Bournemouth from the A31 / M27 motorway.

RAIL / COACH: We are under 10 minutes from the main travel interchange, which includes Bournemouth central rail station and national express coach station (both providing quick and direct access across the country). Coaches leave regularly for London Victoria and the London airports with the journey taking about 1 and a half to 2 hours. There are also the local yellow buses departing from here and a busy taxi rank.

AIR: Bournemouth international airport is also just 15 minutes drive. The airport is serviced by various low cost airlines.
