Location idéale pour séjourner sur l'île de Mahe, conforme en tout point aux descriptifs, photos et commentaires : la maison est vraiment sur sa plage, bien équipée (vaisselle, grille pain, Rice cooker, lave linge, ... et même barbecue Weber pour la plage ! ), accès Wi-Fi, entretien tous les 2 jours (ménage, changement du linge de maison), propriétaire Joël très sympa et disponible pour services (réservation taxi aéroport, voiture de location livrée) Nous recommandons vivement,d'autant plus que ce type de location est rare (autres propositions sont souvent situées de l'autre côté de la route par rapport à la mer, ou alors très chères pour des prestations bof). Une remarque pour des familles/amis nombreux :la 4eme chambre est en mezzanine non fermée sur pièce de vie (nous étions de toute façon toujours dehors !). Un bon lit parapluie était également bien disponible pour notre fille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa, superbe !

Paradise Found!

Stayed for 3 weeks,17th. Feb. to 9th. March 2017.Location perfect,it is on the beach.

Villa very well equipped.Clean&tidy on arrival.Beds very comfortable.Housemaid three times a week.Ideally located for all amenities available on Mahe.Supermarkets and bars nearby as well.We did have a hire car so everywhere on the island was literally within 30 mins drive.Would definitely return in the future and recommend L`Escapade Villa.If there were negatives it was the lack of satelliie tv and the presence of the owners dogs.The tv was a disappointment for our son and although the dogs were not a problem with us,I could see that some people may not be comfortable with this. Overall a most enjoyable stay and would go back in a flash! Thank youJoel and Begum.

Owner's Response: It's nice to know that clients have appreciated the house and amenities and are ready to return. About the dogs they are quite harmless but I suppose they should be kept tied up for those who do not like dogs but then again it's such a joy watching them running in the lagoon at low tide up to the reef and chasing fish. It's a pity to deprive them of their greatest joy in life ! !

Amazing holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely villa right on the beach! Joel and Begum were very hospitable and helpful. Seychelles really is paradise and this villa is a great, centrally located spot to enjoy it all from. it has everything you need from WiFi to a rice cooker and is a 7 minute drive from the airport. We had such a relaxing time, thanks so much Joel and Begum we hope to be back again next year.

perfect days

what a very friendly welcome from Joel, the house manager! what very nice and quiet cleaninglady! What great cooked fish! how peaceful those 10 days were!

Joel gave us great tips to go around, where to shop, where to eat and where to snorkle. The house was perfect, we felt at home and had great privacy. Clean and peaceful. Sometimes the street behind the house was a bit noisy and we loved the dogs exept when the made their 'business' on our beach...

Wonderful holiday again this year

We spent wonderful holiday again at the same place. I cannot find better place. The willa is ON THE BEACH, close to the bus stop, to shops, restaurant.It is clean and well maintained. The owner and his wife are kindly and helpful. I will never forget our sitting on the teracce and looking on the sunrise.

Mr. Joel thank you again for fantastic holiday. I hope we´ll return again.

Wonderful stay in Au Cap villa

Could not agree more with the previous post. Just returned from a wonderful stay in Au Cap - and yes, the house is ON THE BEACH, not near the beach or close to the beach. You actually need to wipe your feet from the sand when entering the verandah. You can have a drink on your verandah and watch the kids playing in the sand 3 meters away from you, etc, etc. House easily sleeps 6 people or in theory even 8 - there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Excellent value for money ! Conveniently located less than 10 kms from the airport and a 15 minute drive from the capital . All in all + the house and the beach itself were in reaity far nicer than we expected it to be. Wonderful & hospitable owners Joel and Begum are in a property which is 50 meters away and are always ready to help if needed.

We will certainly want to return soon !!

Owner's Response: I am pleased that the above reviewer was able to fully enjoy the amenities offered and had a great holiday in Seychelles. It also gives us a feeling of satisfaction to know that guests feel that they have had their money's worth and want to return as this is our primary objective and certainly not to just to collect the rental fee. Yes indeed, we believe the villa has an excellent location both with regards to its location right on the beach and to its situation from the town center and other interesting sites/ beaches on Mahe. The restaurant next door (Takamaka Bay at La Plaine St Andre) was nominated this week as the second best restaurant in Seychellois for the quality of its food, it's value for money and its excellent service- we hope that forthcoming guests can also enjoy this excellent local cuisine. We are certainly looking forward to receive our new guests and doing our best to ensure that their holiday in Seychelles is a memorable one ! !.

Our best holiday

We stayed in this villa for a week. We enjoyed it very much. The villa is situated on the private beautiful beach /after 5 metres you are on the beach/ and has wonderful view to the ocean. You can see amazing sunrise every morning. The wila is the best chance to spend holiday in a quiet place and relax. The owner and his wife are very kind and helpful people. Bus stop is about 2 minutes walking, so you can reach Victoria in 20 minutes by bus. The nearest shop is about 5 minutes walking.

Thank you Mr. Noel once more for everything and see you next year again!

Owner's Response: The reviewer has stressed important points concerning the property site and the villa itself. The private beach with excellent swimming are essential ingredients for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Those who want something more exciting can rent a car and visit other sites on the island but the fact that the villa is centrally located means that both the busy town center and the more remote beaches, in particular on the south of the island are within easy reach.Shops and restaurants are also found close by for those who either want a quick meal or an affordable eating place to relax for the evening. For those who just want to relax, the modern amenities at the villa can offer just that-sitting on a beach armchair to relax with a cool drink watching the moon rise on the eastern horizon. After all this is what holidaying on a tropical paradise is all about ! !
