Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in Cabo Roig with 2 communal pools.

The townhouse is just 10 minutes walk to Cala Capitan beach and less than 5 minutes walk to Cabo Roig strip with its many restaurants, shops and bars.

The house is equipped to a high standard and consists of large front terrace, large living dining room.

The lounge area has a large flat screen TV with UK satellite, DVD player with lots of DVDs and free Wi-Fi Internet access.

The kitchen is also well equipped with all you would need including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has 2 single beds. The bathroom is next door with full size bath and shower over.

One the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto a very private roof terrace with table and chairs plus 2 sun beds. The master bedroom also has TV, DVD player and a separate satellite system for UK TV

A safe is also provided to store your valuables

The front terrace has a table and 4 chairs plus a large stone BBQ

Roomy Townhouse

House was roomy but I was very disappointed on the cleanliness of the kitchen and lounge, kitchen had dirty pan in cupboard with dried on food still in it and the pedal bin was a health hazard, the lounge hadn't seen a duster or a mop for some time, when we complained to the agent he seemed not interested. This is a shame for the owner as no one wants bad reviews but I'm sorry but it has had to be said. To the owner change your agents. I would hire in that area again as the location was great but sorry not that townhouse.

Nice Apartement in Rabo Roig

Nice apartement , but to much traffic outside. Verry bad cleaned(apartement) when we arrived on 7.7.2016.

The internett (WIFI) was not good, to low speed.

Good, but...

not bad townhouse, but with some negative moments:

- bedroom on the ground floor faces outside where washing machine stands, and there is a bad smell at this place(((

- bedroom on the 1st floor faces on noisy road and empty lot, where from time to time at night teenagers make noise

-aircon are old, it's impossible to sleep with aircon. aircon can turn off at any time it wants)))

the access to the pool is from the street(((

It's possible to find more better house at this area for this price.

Owner's Response: Regarding the review, i have managed this house now for 5 years and it is the most booked property we have, other than this review, we have never had any negative feed back and many clients return again and again The Air con is not old, the units are fitted with sensors which turn off the AC if it is left running with no one in the rooms, this is to stop the AC being left on all day when clients go out to the beach There is a security gate 2 doors down on the street which gives access to the secure private pools and internal gardens The first floor bedroom does look out over the street but we have never had any comments regarding noise before, you can stay anywhere in the world and encounter an occasional noisy teenager!

Belle maison bien située

De retour de 2 semaines dans cette villa. La maison est bien entretenue et bien équipée. Il y a même des parasols et chaises de plages (dont 1 enfant). Les piscines de la résidence ont été bien appréciées.

Cabo Roig can be found 10 kilometres to the south of Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca in eastern Spain.

Less than one hour’s drive from Alicante Airport and around 30 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier Airport.

The delightful town of old Cabo Roig has broad avenues lined with palms and landscaped gardens with views of the Mediterranean to the La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor providing a picturesque setting alongside the lovely beaches.

Cabo Roig is an excellent location for golfers, being close to many fine championship courses, including the three Villamartin courses. The world famous La Manga golf complex is also within easy reach.

There are many fine blue flag beaches close by. The beach next to Cabo Roig marina is very popular, with excellent views.

Cuisine from the Costa Blanca combines delicacies from both land and the Mediterranean Sea. Many civilizations have lived in this area (Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans, Muslims), all of which have all left their mark on the gastronomy.

There are many international restaurants close by offering a wide choice of different cuisines from around the world.

The Cabo Roig enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.
