This stylish villa offers complete privacy and yet is ideally located with just minutes to some of the most beautiful beaches and bays on the lsland, Faliraki, Kalithea, Ladiko, Anthony Quinn.

The spacious, open living areas with separate TV, lounge & dining areas and a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as an outside kitchen for BBQ preparation.

3 bedrooms a double and a twin room and a spacious master en-suite, a family bathroom with bath and a utility room with a treadmill on the top floor.

The beautiful landscaped gardens are perfect for relaxing, sunbathing making the most of outside living! with Al fresco dining, barbecue, parasols and loungers, surrounding the pool area.

Villa Maria is ideally located with just 5 minutes drive to all of the amenities, busy tavernas souvenir shops, supermarkets and tourist attractions.

The waterpark which is one of Europe's largest water parks is just a few minutes drive, the villa is located just off the main Rhodes - Lindou avenue with frequent bus services from the end of the road into Rhodes town, Lindos, Faliraki

The Afandou Golf course is the only 18 hole golf course on the island and just a 10 minute drive away.

The villages of Koskinou 5km and Kalithies 4km

The beaches and bays of Faliraki offering all the watersport facilities, boat cruises and its soft sand beaches and quiet bays with an abundance of excellent sea front tavernas is just 3 km away and Kalithea just a 15minute drive a very popular wedding venue.

we were 6 adults that should stay at the house, and we where arriveing at 12 o´clock, but unfortnally we were 12 hours delayed so we arrived at midnight, but still we where welcommed by the owners. They had bought some cold water, beers and soda. A fantastic welcome.

The next day could see that the house was like the foto on the Homepage. Big nice rooms, fully aircondisoned, and in a very fine shape. The outdoor area was also just like the foto, wiht a nice garden, deep pool and a big barbecue area. So in total, we find the house very attracting!

We think that the placement with 15 km to the airport, 15 km to Rodos and 5 km to Falaraki is perfekt. There is supermarkets within 5 min drive in both direktions so shopping is easy.



When we are comming back to Rodos we would for sure rent this lovely house again, and we strongly recommend this house to anyone, who want a nice comfortalbe house and to live central for trips to see the island.

Wonderful stay, excellent villa.

I can highly recommend staying at Villa Maria. The property is very spacious, modern decor and impeccably clean. It is located in a quiet countryside spot but is only a short drive from the beach, choice of supermarkets and the beautiful Rhodes Town.

Sotiris & Mika could not have been more helpful before and during our stay. They helped to arrange our car hire and taxis to and from the airport. They even stocked the fridge with some essential groceries as we didn't arrive until very late in the evening.

The location and amenities are fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Unforgettable holiday

Our second stay at the superb luxury villa and already booked for next year. A large villa with quality fixtures a large deep pool and set on an isolated hillside just outside Faliraki, you would be hard pressed to find a better villa on Rhodes especially with this amount of space inside and out. The owners were there to greet us even though it was 1.30am in the morning and they return when you are due to leave and all speak great English. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, it is just a 30 minute drive from the airport, 20 minutes to historic Rhodes town and around 45 minutes from Lindos. There are so many good restaurants on Rhodes but the best is Sergios in the village of Afantou, we went there every night followed by drinks at Mikes bar in the square, all the greeks are very friendly people and make for an unforgettable holiday. Lindos is one of Rhodes most famous villages try to visit in the evening when it is cooler. There are a number of boat trips out of Rhodes town, an hours boat ride away is Simi, a stunning town filled with multi-coloured houses. This year we took a trip to Marmiris in Turkey, an interesting place but most shops sell fake goods and the shop owners can be a bit of a pest yet away from the central market some gems can be found. Opt to take a taxi into town rather than the free bus as this takes you via specific outlets where they have a captive market and gives you a limited time to enjoy the town. Rhodes old town set in the ancient city walls is great and worth visiting both day and night, plenty of good shops around if you look. As the island is tourist based there are loads of car hire outlets but I recommend Rodos cars as they give good vehicles with full insurance coverage at no extra cost, ideally pre-book online before your holiday. Regarding driving on Rhodes don't expect common sense, taxi and coach drivers use excessive speed and think nothing of driving through red lights but the biggest hazard are the quads and scooters, they are a law to themselves. Overall this is part of your holiday experience and one I could not recommend enough.

Absolutely Fantastic in every way..

This villa is superb. It is the owners home in the winter months and therefore is equipped to a very high standard. It is secure for children with plenty of space inside and out. The pool is a good size and perfectly clean. It is a short drive to the beach (not that we wanted to leave,only went once) it is a great location to visit anywhere on the island and only a short drive from the airport. Communication and any issues are dealt with promptly (our only problem was one of the air conditioning units not switching on. A Settings issue) my family and I loved spending time here and would stay again (and again) I really don't think you could be disappointed if you chose villa Maria for your hard earned break. Nice size BBQ with a lidl supermarket a short drive away. We were happy as Larry. Thank you Maria and sotiris for all your help. Good luck with the the future. Regards the Hill family.

Rhodes Holiday

We have just returned from a superb stay in Villa Maria , the luxury villa is very well appointed with high specifications through out , we were greeted by the owner Mika who was very helpful . The propriety although located outside of town is ideal to explore the island . Highly recommend !
