This beautiful one bedroom top floor apartment sleeps 2-4 people.

It has a large south facing balcony giving great views across Vilamoura to the sea.

This apartment has a great bakery and supermarket within a minutes walk. It's then 5 minutes walk from the marina, with its wonderful bars and restaurants and it’s just 10 minutes stroll to the beach. It has been recently renovated (July 2012) with air conditioning, beautiful kitchen and shower room, with ample parking and the use of a nearby pool.

This well equipped apartment is situated on the top floor of a secure building with concierge and lifts.

There is one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, with a table and 4 chairs for the balcony area.

It would suit professional couples, golfers or smaller families with slightly older children.

Ideally Located

The standard in the property was top class and very clean and was ideally situated for getting into Vilamoura. The pool which you can use is also very well kept and is just across the road from the apartment. The free use of wfi was a plus for us as well. The only think I would suggest it to have comfortable seating in the living area. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent location, but a few issues

The apartment is in an excellent location, with only a 5 minute walk to the Marina. There are 2 supermarkets only a couple of minutes away, making any food and drinks shopping very easy and across the road is a lovely bakery/coffee shop which has wonderful cakes. There is a bus stop at the end of the road only 50 metres away where you can get the bus to Albufeira or the circular route which goes round the resort and to Quarteria.

On arrival, the interior of the apartment was very clean. The kitchen area was fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, hob, small counter top over and a microwave making self catering very easy. The furnishings in the apartment, the sofa in particular, were a little tired and in need of replacement. The bedroom was a little snug, but fit for purpose, and the balcony was smaller than anticipated, and again looked a little tired, but did have far reaching views. For the two weeks we were there, the bedding and towels were only changed once, which we thought was insufficient, we were unaware that we would not have any cleaners or any type of service during our stay.

The swimming pool (which is in the apartment description) belongs to an apartment complex across the road, however there are only a handful of sunbeds around the pool and these belonged to the apartment residents, so not for use by anyone else. This means that you have nothing comfortable to sunbathe on apart from a towel on the grass which we found dissatisfactory. The pool area was very clean, however, the ladders into the pool were loose and in need of repair.

To sum up, we had a fab holiday and would recommend Vilamoura as it is a lovely resort, the Marina is great to wander around during day or in the evening as there are many and varied restaurants for a drinks and a meal. There are great beaches within walking distance and we would return but we would not to this apartment.

Perfect location

The apartment was ideally located for us, amenities, marina, restaurants were all within 10 minute walk as was the beach we chose to visit each day just past the Crowne Plaza hotel - it was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment itself probably wasn't what we expected from the outside but once inside it was modern, light and airy with new appliances. Pillows could do with being renewed but otherwise was adequate for our needs. The process was simple and we were met at the airport by a very pleasant taxi man and then met at the apartment by the local representative who was also very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Vilamoura, loved the weather, the marina, the restaurants - didn't have time to try as many as we would have liked, the live music in the bars and hopefully will revisit again.

Perfect location.

First time in Vilamoura and found this property ideal.

Well situated in a quiet location 10 minutes walk to Marina and beach.

Two good supermarkets within easy reach and bus stop at end of road for Albufeira.

Property spotless, very modern with all amenities, bedroom a bit small but adequate.

Adelaide, property agent waiting for us on arrival with key and instructions for apartment.

Would recommend this property.

The apartment is situated in tidy but rather dated building. However the apartment is bright, extremely clean and compact. The kitchen area and bathroom are fine. In the bedroom there is not a lot of room at either side of the bed. Some of the furniture needs to be renewed e.g. sofa and balcony chairs.

We had several issues,such as no hair dryer, no cover for duvet and a sweeping brush without a handle. The other issues which required assistance was ignored i.e., we phoned and text the contact number several times and got no reply.

The location is good, about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Marina .There are 2 supermarkets and restaurants nearby and a great bakery across the road.

Wonderful Apartment not far from the Marina

This is wonderfull apartment near the marina with everything we need very close.

We can go to the Marina walking 5 minutes or we can chose everyday if we're having breakfast at "home" or if we go out. We can go to the supermarket and have breakfast in the apartament or we can go to a bakery near and have a lovely breakfast as well.

The apartment is well decoretad and always clean; this an exemple of a well restored apartment.

We recomend it.
