The kitchen features luxurious granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ready for dinner? The dining room table hosts seating for six and plenty of room to unwind. Enjoy the sweeping views of the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill from your private balcony, accessed by both the main living area and the Primary King Suite. The balcony is the perfect spot to sip a morning coffee or enjoy an evening night cap. Snuggle up after a long day on the slopes & trails in one of the three plush bedrooms. The Primary King Suite awaits plus two additional bedrooms including a Queen second bedroom and a bunk room for the kids. Perfect accommodations.
From the communication; to the place itself this was a pleasurable experience where my family had the opportunity to relax and make memories. The 110th winter carnival was an added bonus and the view of the fireworks was fantastic. The condo was furnished well with comfortable linens and a nicely stocked kitchen. East ski access and Great location to enjoy what steamboat has to offer..

Perfect Place!
Perfect location for our current situation. My son and I have been coming to Steamboat since he was four years old. He is now 27 and I am... "older". We have always stayed at the Base, but staying Downtown this time met both our needs. I wasn't planning on hitting the slopes much but was able to entertain myself in the condo and neighborhood shops. We will definitely stay in this condo again!
