Cold and damp and in need of a hood clean

Regina the owner was lovely, but that wasn’t enough to give a good rating here. Mostly, I don’t recommend this apartment for the time of year we were there. We could watch the sun shining on the other side of the mountain, but where this apartment is positioned, it gets no sun, meaning it is very cold, despite still being 28 degrees. The condensation doesn’t dry so it is also wet. And no sun on the front patio. There are lovely beaches close by, but if you are looking for a place to pass the afternoons, this is not it. Furthermore, if you are fastidious about cleanliness, know that the toilet brushes must be years old, the washing machine hasn’t been cleaned in a long while, and the soap bars left for us were dregs of old bars. It’s an old apartment that needs updating.

Maison au charme un peu désuet mais agréable et bien située. Communication rapide avec Régine . Plutôt pour deux couples adultes avec des enfants .

Prachtige locatie aan het mooiste deel van de Costa Brava

De locatie van de woning is prachtig. Vanaf het ruime terras voor de woning heb je een geweldig uitzicht over een van de mooiste baaitjes van de Costa Brava. Nabij gelegen plaatsen Tamariu, Begur, Calella, Llafranc en Pals zijn allemaal een bezoek meer dan waard. De woning is gelegen in park Cala Nostra. Cala Nostra is een rustige omgeving, uitermate geschikt voor vakanties met families met kinderen, de voorzieningen (3 zwembaden, tennisbanen etc) zijn uitstekend. De sfeer is zeer gemoedelijk. Cala Nostra is gebouwd in 1978 en de woning is nog in de oorspronkelijke staat. Het is daardoor wat gedateerd. Aangezien het weer tijdens ons verblijf prachtig was (juli; iedere dag ca 30 graden) verbleven we met name buiten, waardoor dit voor ons geen issue was. De communicatie met eigenaresse Regine verliep uitstekend.

Zu Coronazeiten waren wir sehr froh, dass es im Swimmingpool nie zu voll war. Sehr nette Leute überall und schöner Strand in der Nähe.

idéal pour les familles

Maison très bien équipée dans une urbanisation idéale pour les enfants. Vous pouvez marcher (environ 10-15 ') à pied de la plage par des escaliers. La maison n'est pas rénovée mais en bon état et très propre et bien rangée. Belle vue et, il y a beaucoup de silence.
