Three double bedrooms on the first floor overlook the gardens. The family room on the ground floor has an ensuite shower room. Outside the roofed porch provides a private garden area for al fresco summer BBQs. The fenced and gated paddock enables children and pets to play safely. The old town of Llandeilo offers several pubs and eateries, good quality shops and interesting walks to the Towey River and Dinefwr Castle and woods. The Maerdy is centrally situated allowing easy access to the famous Gower beaches, The Brecon Beacon mountains and valleys of outstanding natural beauty.
